I'm amazed, seriously.

After a really long break from the series I came back to this place expecting it to be long dead.

Seriously, all you guys and girls deserve medals, and this place deserves more attention by now I thought everyone would have lost interest in this long-dead classic.

Well, keep up the good work. Even IF it's no longer moving and it appears to be a carcass, you can STILL keep this series's heart beating for the meanwhile.

With a show like SPC, how could anyone think that any fan would lose interest (any who have should be ashamed)? My only regret is that I didn't pick up interest in the show years earlier!

But it's not just the show's awesome, I feel. The forum itself is very nicely run and, unlike some, has a lot of nice people here, even if some are a little eccentric...

Personally, I value anyone who contributes to SPC's online presence in any way. Participating in this community at all, -is- contributing.

Psyguy and OMA's work is quite excellent indeed, but I don't care to see you posting belittling comments towards any members of this community. If we have to travel down that road yet again, it's not going to end well.

I just want to say that I don't want to make it look like I'm supporting any sort of bashing of any members who don't do anything GROUNDBREAKING or anything of the sort here. There was a positive comment, I replied to it, that's all.

Notice how I said "RECENT influx of members." You've been around for over a year here. I think you're reading a bit too much into it, when I wasn't even posting anything about you.

Yeah, and if our Iconic Hero Speedy Cerviche manages to land a spot on the Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom Roster, then the fandom will rise so large that it will guarantee a series reincarnation of the Pizza Cats, and a DVD release of the Original in America!

Yes, um...right. No need to go spreading a hyperbole. A DVD release would be nice but I don't think the influence would be enough to spur Japan into making a revival series of this. I admire the wishful thinking though.  ;)

Why not? It worked for Yatterman (also by Tatsunoko), and that was last year. That show got a Movie Deal, starring Sakurai Sho from Arashi, as Gan-chan/Yatterman-1!

You want to know something? In all honesty, it'll happen when the flash flood of remakes hits shows like this and we see revivals popping up all over the place. Though if it were to happen, I don't see it occurring in the near future. Still, I will have always have my doubts until someone puts it in writing and the final product hits the airways...
