I have all the episodes as avi files and I use Jasc Animation Shop to make the icons. I basically watch the episodes in batches of say 500 frames and then take out the frames for the icons. I remenber wasting hours taking screenshots of videogames with crappy emulators and then editing the pics into something small enough to make an icon. I had to manualy take the screenshots one by one...it was a real pain in the tail! Plus all that junk about having to decrease the pic quality and that... You young people are so lucky, unless you use Windows Vista, then I really pity you... Depends. Sometimes I finish them in one sitting (1 hour to 1 1/2 hours), other times I do them in little steps over the course of a few days.
