SEOUL (Reuters) - A South Korean man who played computer games for 50 hours almost non-stop died of heart failure minutes after finishing his mammoth session in an Internet cafe, authorities said Tuesday.

I tend to be skeptical about certain news floating around the web.  :-\ I remember to read a very similar news months ago, so I'm not sure if it's not fake, although the link appears to be faithful.

Nevertheless, that was the most ultimate game over I ever heard! R. I. P., poor soul!  :'(

What was he playing, Counter Strike, HL2DM, Farcry, UT 2004?!

That guy didn't follow Lan-Party rule #1 always have plenty of energy drinks on hand and eat pizza to sustain life. ;)

This gives a whole new meaning to AFK.

I heard about this on another forum. But the story they had was from CNN. Hmm, maybe that's why game compies say; "Take a 30 minute break for every 1 hour of gameplay!"
