Title: Arcade favourites Post by: cartoonking10749 on September 09, 2005, 08:49:22 pm There were old games that first hit the arcades appearing on different consoles in the 90s.
Such of my favourites included: Dragon's Lair (a game designed like an animated adventure) Golden Axe Streets of Rage Sonic the Hedgehog Street Fighter 2 Mortal Kombat It's a shame these 2D arcade titles no longer roam the arcade. I remember being on holiday and saw arcade titles like Robocop, Shadow Warriors and Golden Axe. And those SNK Neo Geo MVS machines! I always loved playing on those :D And you can't leave out the great oldies like Pacman and Astroids!

Fav arcade games of the 80's: Black Tiger by Capcom Disks of Tron by Midway (the one on one with cpu disk hurling one, not the 4 type game version) The 90's: Samurai Showdown 1 (never got to play the others :( ) Soul Blade (or Edge, forget which one the arcade version was) enjoyed quite a few NEO-GEO games.
