Title: What have you learned from SPC?
Post by: D-Mac on April 15, 2005, 05:27:52 am
Feel free to go in whatever direction you want to with this, be it serious or comical.

For example you could say something like:

I learned from Speedy and Guido that I should always wear my helmet.
Seriously. As in, never take it off.

Have fun with this thread. Once again, I'll be adding more of my thoughts here at a later time. =)

1. don't try to cross Polly or she'll use your face for a scratching post.
2. watch how you act around Lucille, or she and her emotions will blow you sky-high.
3. never trust a winking cap.

There is nothing a good Ginzu sword cant destroy.

If you live in a place ruled by a bunny princess, you better move.

Cats don’t always land on their feet, specially the ones who wear a samurai armor.

No matter how Bad bird you think you are, you are just a softie inside who wants to have friends.

Air deliveries are painful.

Always guard your tail.

And never, under no circumstance, ever tell Polly she looks 'fat in that skirt'

1. Don't make fun of singing talent when your coworker is prone to throwing cash registers
2. Watch out for the manager and that pocket calculator, she's keeping track of you you :D
3. Humor the temperamental villain or get blown up
4. Anyone can be sent to a desert island if they become too troublesome
5. The boss man sometimes accidentally rolls into a ball and hits the alarm for no good reason
6. Emperors don't need to talk if they can sing scat well enough
7. Silly robots just can't seem to beat a big mecha and that flying armor it shoots out apparently

-no matter the size of the helmet, it is no match for the frying pan  :O ;]
-explosions aren't that hazardous
-not all rabits are at the bottom of the food chain
-physics and gravity are illusions created because they had nothing better to teach us in school (sees Speedy running up the building in ep1)

Oooo... these would be great additions to my own thing on my website. Ya'll don't mind if I use them do you? *still trying to reach 100*

Anyway... here are mine:

-Be very aware of a fox that you see dressed in drag, it usually leads to trouble.
-Beware of Babes with Nuclear Hair Do's
-A panda and a bunny can reproduce another bunny
-Crows can live to be over 2000 years olds.. maybe they hold the secret to eternal life?
-A giant fiish is the best way to save the world.. or at least little, Tokyo
-Beware of butterfiles, unless you want a free sex-change

A few from me...

1) Kikko Man is Guido's worst nightmare.
2) Weakening the cats requires the same amount of effort as disabling a calculator.
3) Freedom fries < curly fries < nuclear fries (nuclear potato required)
4) Think your job sucks as a pizza delivery boy? Try delivering pizzas in Little Tokyo.
5) Ginzu sword: ¥1,300,000
6) Sunspot umbrella: ¥220,000
7) Pedicure: ¥75,000
8) Blowing up a giant robot to smithereens: Priceless

1. Treat every woman in Little Tokyo with enormous respect and usually, let them have their way.
2. Expect the unusual in this type of cartoon.
3. Any business, especially a pizza parlour can get very exhausting.
4. Power and heirachy can drive you insane. Look at Emperor Fred & Seymour.
5. Polly & Lucille are effective singers (in both KNT & SPC)

2. Every writting in Little Tokyo is in Japanese.
3. You don't need a Ginzu sword to perform a special attack move.

Hmm lets see....

*A comets a makes a fine weapon, until you cant control it*

*New Yorks population consists mostly of clones*

*Its actually possible to have either an explosive personality, or temper*

*An angered ninja catgirl, turned pop idol can rip the armor off a giant robot and use it as a projectile*

*Ninja crows seem to posess the ability of mitosis during fight scenes*

*No heros giant robot is complete without a authentic meowing catcharm on its head*

Of all the bad guys' robots, Walkie-Talkie is the only one to give the pizza cats the slip. (By flattery and talk).

He is also the most inexpensive and easily operational. (by a wind-up key).

Tongue twisters can cause fights.

Polly can be feminine at times and can be gentle if treated right. ;]

She's also ravishing without her helmet. :-*

Speedy probably had a taste in theatre, in Annie. (Watch "Wet &wild weekend" and you'll see why).
It's a bad idea letting the Emperor cook, as he'll put dynamite in it.
Don't remind Vi of her temper tantrums by calculating them.
Bad Bird is a different species compared to corn-loving crows.
Ninja crows don't respect anyone, even after a peace treaty.

When being thrown through the air or running uncontrollably, "Don't forget to flap your arms". So say Guido and Guru Lou.

Also, a pretty good quote from Speedy at the end of the Quake episode.

"Always believe in yourself. Cause if you don't, no one else will either."

Yep, even in Little Tokyo there are scheming, ambitious and corrupt politicians - it's kinda nice to know they're not confined only to the human world! I also learned to ask where a restaurant's water supply comes from before I order pizza... (see 'Pizza Delivery of Doom') And keeping your distance from cute redheads with frypans is up there somewhere too. However, if you take the frypan away...  :D (ahem! well, never mind...)

...she gouges your eyes out with her claws...  I know.

Let's see...  Bad guys should...

-Always launch a Night Attack, NO MATTER WHAT.

-Never unleash robots of steadily increasing strength and power.  Unleash your best one right away, before the heroes get their supreme upgrade.

-If you have the Disenchant or Dispel spells, USE THEM!!!

-Attack right away; don't wait for them to complete their transformation sequences.

-Execute any and all prisoners that you take after they serve their purpose.  This makes sure they won't tell the heroes the one weakness of the Super Robot they built for you.

If you see a statue and split its head open youll get your very own attack robot.
Tying your arms and legs to posts and having vollyballs shot out at you will make you stronger, but not enough to let you beet you main oppnent 1 on 1.
Never trust a robot that steals for you, since it will just as soon steal it back.

FEAR THE NINJA CROWS!

There is nothing an angry Polly can’t lift or defeat

If you live in a place ruled by a bunny princess, you better be a spoiled girl like her, and then you can become her best friend.

Cats don’t always land on their feet, especially if Francine does the launch!

No matter how Bad bird you make others think you are, you are just a softie inside who wants to have friends, get married and work delivering food.

Interspecies relationships aren’t a bad thing. There Francine, can you untie me now?

I learned that despite what fan art tells you, POLLY HAIR IS PINK!

http://galeon.com/gatossamurai/Pollyhair.png

Umm, no. What makes you think that just because it was pink in one episode that it's that color all the time, when it's clearly RED (http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq268/Teyandee/Samurai%20Pizza%20Cats%20Kyattou%20Ninden%20Teyandee/polmip1.jpg) in every other episode her hair (http://i454.photobucket.com/albums/qq268/Teyandee/Samurai%20Pizza%20Cats%20Kyattou%20Ninden%20Teyandee/celpuru4.jpg) is shown? Why do you think Tenko, one of the character designers for KNT, colors her hair red (http://geocities.yahoo.co.jp/gl/suzukitenko/view/20060911)? Also, if you look at her hair in other scenes from the same episode, it's red:

Of course, Francine's bell is green here too, so errors do happen from time to time, but doesn't it make sense then that the pink hair is a mistake too?

It's red again here.

This is a silly argument, but I like Pizza Cat facts & trivia to be accurate, and you brought this up twice. Conclusion: The one scene in the whole series where her hair is pink was, in fact, a mistake. Case closed.

no guys, take a closer look. the back of Polly's hair is in a kerchief, you can see the little ties on the top of her head. the only reason why there appears to be a red area breaking it up is because it's actually the back of her ear, not her hair.
