I don't know how rare it is, but I haven't seen one for sale before. Starting bid is $20 (no bids yet), and it's located in Kentucky (cheap media-mail shipping!)

(Also you need to be able to watch PAL format tapes)
The CD is actually a great deal. You'd be lucky to find that in Japan for under $50. Even if you downloaded all the music, it's worth it for the booklet.
