Title: SHAM! (Tenko's work) Post by: Daisensei on January 14, 2010, 05:24:58 pm One of the current works of Tenko is Hikari Joshi Chikyuu Bouei Iinkai SHAM!, serialized in Comic Valkyrie. Who has been following his blog (http://www.edoropolis.org/forums/index.php?topic=1836.0) surely had seen some of the series characters. The main character is Michiru (http://geocities.yahoo.co.jp/gl/suzukitenko/view/20091225), an energetic girl making efforts to establish a committee for defense of Earth against UFO invasion in her school. Other members of that committee is her best friend Ai (http://geocities.yahoo.co.jp/gl/suzukitenko/view/20091228) and the tomboy bad girl Rin (http://geocities.yahoo.co.jp/gl/suzukitenko/view/20091220).
Perhaps some of the subjects of this 4-koma mangá could be offensive for some people, so I'm warning here (in Japan there are more tolerance about certain topics considered taboo in western culture). Who likes very kawaii girls pictures will really appreciate this work (perhaps it could be better than Lucky Star...?!). I would prefer to buy the real manga, but I doubt I find it in my country, and I don't own a international credit card. :( Title: Re: SHAM!
