Edoropolis Emporium

Hibernian was walking down the streets of little tokyo he had been accepted by the pizza cats of japan he was from ireland and was really excited to be a samurai pizza cat though he was not from japan.

Everything was normal. The air was clean, not a cloud in the sky, and the grass couldn't be cleaner. So far so good for the hungry citizens and our super hero felines who take care of that hunger problem.

Dash was out behind his house practicing with a wooden sword, and occasionaly making motions like he was firing projectiles

Across the road a mechanic was tuning his arm with a screwdriver, only to be frightend half to death and get it jamed in as Vi's angry voice broke the silence.

hibernian looked in amusement as the angry rabbit yelled at the mechanic
"excuse me could one of you point me to the pizza cat?"

The mechanics face was as pale as a corpse, though the red cars under his eyes stood out. He didnt speak at first but beckoned the princess over, and using the screwdriver he eventually got unjammed; pointed it in the direction she asked for.

Then the man noticed somone behind her, his broad shoulders and dropping ears could just be seen.

"Excuse me Princess but may I speak to the man behind you?" that man was none other than Big Al Dente.

hibernian, turned and saw next to him guru lou and waved to him "excuse me mister lou! im hibernian the new recruited pizza cat"

Right after Hibernian waved to the old guru, a small group of thugs dressed in red and gold zoomed by, taking Guru Lou with them. One of them stopped right in front of Hibernian, a young raven in a red yukata with golden lines.

"Hey you! If you want that old geezer there back, then let 50.000 Yen be delivered to the top of the royal Palace before midnight! If you don't succeed, well..."
The raven let out a smirk...
"Remember! Before midnight! And don't try anything funny!"

With those words, the raven jumped in the sky, flying behind a building...

Kaiser: *swings open the door of his shop "Deals & Steals", making sure all of his merchindise was there*  Everything is here down to the last ruby amulet.  *he switches the closed sign to open*

Blair: *waving to Kaiser* I'm taking my usual break form work Kaiser.

Kaiser: *not paying attention to Blair*  Okay, fine, whatever.

Blair: *leaves and goes to the Pizza Cat, she walks to the front counter*  I hate working at Deals & Steals...  But I get great pay. ^__^

The old mechcanic noticed Guru Lous aduction through the corner of his eye and smirked at the thought of what going to come for them.

But after being ignored by Guru Lou for all this time, even after making such a polite request he stood up, and apon aproaching Al Dente, pulled something from under his shirt and shoved it in his face, its was a golden Lotus shaped badge with the intials LKSS.

This man was none other then a secret agent from the Little Kyoto Secret Service, and he wasnt to happy.

"Well done Mister Al Dente, just to speak to you Ive had to blow my cover, but at least now that you know who I work for I ask you to listen to me **He puts his badge back**

"This matter I must tell you of concers the saftey of your city and everyone in it**"

**Al looks to him nervously**

"Right heres the details, about a month ago our most high security vault, in our armoury was assulted and broken into by four powerful individuals."

"Who managed to steal and use the four ancient ginzu weapons we had stored there, on top of that those particular ones, where some of the most powerful ever made"

"Shortly after we sent Little Kyotos most elite ninja team after them...**pauses** we found the team shortly after, and they are very lucky to still be alive"

**Al face goes stern and serious**

"But the reason why Im here is to tell you that those four individuals are now in Little Tokyo somewhere, and by my guess theyre planning to use for no good, but I must warn you these arent like the ones weve seen your Pizza Cats use, these can easily destroy entire armies"

"Also three days ago we built our most powerful agent yet, and he should be here by midnight, but I must warn you he's extremely high tech and if your SPC cause any damage to him, itll all go straight to your life savings"

**and with that the old man walked off**
 
Then the agent held a phone to his ear, I might have found a link to our thieves, a mans been kindnapped and is been held for ransom outside the Royal Palace around midnight, inform the Excel unit to check it out, and if neccesary deal with it"

Blair: *yawns, growing impatent*  Anyone here?  *rings the bell several times, hopeing for some service*  I so don't have time for this.

A man enter the Steals & Deals shop, the little bell rings as he opens the door, and walks over to the counter and the the professional bussiness owner behind it.

The sound of his foot steps as we walks across sound like lead boots on concrete, the wooden floors under him made creaking noises as if he weighed way more then he appeared, he was about Guidos height, and of a similar build, though his features were concealed behing his grey cloak and straw hat.

He then leaned on the counter and spoke to Kaiser in a deep yet almost lifeless voice.

"Ive heard you might have some power crystals in stock...**then looking around to check if anyone else was there**; and some special ammunition to?"

Kaiser: *with a smerk* We've got power crystals and special ammo fresh in stock, it's your lucky day.  *he removes the cloth form the display case and presses the de-cloaking button under the counter.  There are many weapons, ammo and power crystals*  Now for the matter of the payment, how much will you be paying me?

Right at that moment, a small silver can got thrown into the shop. As it landed on the floor, it explodes in a big cloud of smoke followed by laughter from outside.
Barely noticable was a medium figure running past carrying a big object on its back.

"Hahaha! Try to keep up, losers!" it shouted as another figure tried to run after it.

"My store! They robbed my grocery store! Catch the thief!" it was the owner of the grocery store, holding his arms on his knees to prevent himself falling from exhaustion.

Blair: *walks away from the counter ot the Pizza Cat and leaves* Service here bites...  *she stolled back to Steals `n Deals at the time the grocery store owner was crying for help*  Just what did this thief look like?

The grocery owner noticed Blair.
"It was an athletic raven, in a red yukata with golden lining."

Blair: *smiles* What way did he go, did you see where he went?

The man looks to Kaiser then from his cloak draws out a coin at least three times thicker than the ussual money seen in Little Tokyo **This coin was a rare one only used by the rich in Little Tokyo since each coin was at least a million in their currency**

The man places it on the counter.

"And as for the ammunition Id like 4000 rounds"

"Also if Im correct about your buisness you might know some inside info about some powerful collectables that went missing recently?"

Kaiser: Keep your cloak on, heres the 4000 rounds. *places them in a bag and hands them to the patron, he then grabs the coin and smiles with greed*  If you want to see what I have as of late, you can check out the cases to your left or your right, both are loaded down with many of our reserved trade items and rare one-of-a-kind items that no other shop has, I asure you.

The grocery owner pointed to the west of town, too exhausted to speak.

Meanwhile, while Kaiser and the man were talking, a sudden sneeze was heard in the shop, from the ceiling.

Kaiser: Seems as though there is another visitor...  Strange. *glances upward, an evil laugh and smile on his face* Are you a patron?  Or will I have the pleasure of dispatching you!?

The customer now took the belt of ammunition from out of his bag, and then grabing his right arm, opened a compartment, revealing an assortment of wire, phemnetic, gears, and a well concealed chaingun.
Then with complete precision he threaded the belt into his arm; a low whirling noise could be heard as the ammo belts slinked and packed themselves into his arm compartment.

And finally once this was done, he slammed the compartment shut and pointed his fist in the sounds direction in the roof. Amazingly this process took only a few seconds.


 **In a commanding and chilling voice**
"Come down from there or Ill have to get you myself, Im in the middle of something important!"

A rustling sound was heard as a straw life-sized puppet fell on the floor, followed by a swift moving bunch of red and gold running out of the shop, and to the right of the street.
On the doll was a little note attached...

Kaiser: *looks at the doll* Hah, a doll?  With a not attatched...  Very suspicious. *he reads the note slowly*

Blair: *runs west, searching for the thief*  When I find you...  I will carve you up, then take whatever you stole back to that shop owner.

The note that Kaiser holds reads: "FOOLED YOU!"

The straw puppet stands up and grabs the nearest items he can find before running off. Strangely enough the puppet was wearing...underpants.

Kaiser: *eyes blaze with fire* LOCK-DOWN!!! *he pressed the lock down button and it blocked the puppet's escape route*  Where ya goin, why not stay and be added to my colletion?

The puppet stood still in a moment of silence...before being blown away by the wind. The items it was holding dropped to the ground.

**The man looks to the starw pile then to Kaiser**
"No wonder why my sensors didnt pic him up all that time, the magic in this thing was blocking me out"

"Oh about that special something you said I could have"

**He walks up to the sealed box on the wall and opens it, inside was a katana of some sort, its blade was twice as long as a normal one. This fearsome weapon was a nodachi.**

**lifting it off the rack, he holds it in his hands while red beams came from his eyes and scanned its surface**

"I cant believe it, this is a ginzu weapon, and very old one at that...strange this one doesnt seem to be able to pull of any of the flashy attacks the others use, but instead uses its inner energies to constantly make the blade indestructible and twice as sharp as usual...hm this is good I already specialise in this type of weapon"

**drawing his regular nodachi from his back he placed it on the counter. And equiped himself with the arcane ginzu one**

"Ill use what remains of the  million for this and Id like some info...**he pauses**
since you work mainly in underworld activities Id like to know if you know any info on who might have possesion of the recently stolen super ginzu weapons, and where they might be?...also that doll seems to have some weird connection to a gang of red and gold robed crows I spotted earlier, do you think they have a connection to the stolen weapons?"

Kaiser: Yes, I think they might have a connection with the weapons.  I heard that a thief, a very loyal customer of mine for two years, has collected a few himself.  Thats how I aquired a two, but the other is not for sale. *he picks up the items that the doll took and puts them back where they belong*  Warriors from my family held it as a treasure, passed down to me from my father.

"Hmm well I guess its now safe to tell you a few things"

**pulling of his cloak and straw hat, he now reveals himself, the thing before Kaiser looked pizza catlike from its armor and build, but the difference was on his chest plate was a device with pipes comming out connected to a socket that held a large power crystal, his armor was black,gold and bronze.
While his face now obviously showed he was a robot, or a cyborg who long lost his body, his face had two red lensed eyes with metal shutters for eye lids, his eyes were supported by a metal face plate that had a nose like slot on it and a golden moth guard across half his lower face**

"My names Excelsior, I work for The Little Kyoto Secret Service, but dont worry we have no entention of harming you our your buisness, but it seems you might be draw into what might happen, and so I suggest a partnership for the time being, nothing much just thatll ill be comming by when I find more info or need something"

"As for our friends who got away, I know a way we might be able to find out more about them, and possibly sort them out, I heard that later tonight theyll be by the Palace Gates at midnight with a hostage they took earlier, who you mind comming along later...since it seems theyre after somethings precious to you, and I can assure you this was just a warning from them"

**The Excelsior takes the six power crystals he bought, and pulling open his chest plate; inserts them into six individual slots**

(Note the Pizza Cats power and combat strenght come from their power crystals, while each SPC has one on them Excel has seven in him) 

Kaiser: Fine Excelsior, I will come at midnight.  Well at least your not harming my busness, I can't express to you how thrilled I am. *he thaught to himslef* ~Agh, what Am I doing?  This will get in the way with my plans tonight, oh well.  I made a commitment to go with Excelsior, so I'll cancel tonight's plans.~

**Then doaning his cloak and straw hat Excel walks out the door**

"Ill drop by before midnight"

Kaiser: *nods* I understand, I'll be waiting for you.

Dash: hears footsteps and he stops his sword practice. "Sounds like more trouble in Little Tokyo." With that he ran inside, grabbed his umbrella and was headed for the door when his grandmother called out, "Dash, have you finished your sword practice? you know you have to meet up with your sensei in an hour." Dash rolled his eyes, "yes Grams I've been practicing for the last couple hours. Im going to a friend's house for a little while." "Alright, be back before dinner." So Dash raced out the door, and quickly changed into his battle armor. With that he caught a glimpse of a young lady with sword gauntlets stalking along a nearby treeline. "Hey," he said to her,  "whatcha lookin for?"

Blair: *surpried* Woah!  Well I'm looking for a thief, you seen anyone aorund here suspicious?

News Report :'The gruesome twosome' Of Nakafi Valentine-Ifrit and Naiye Wolf-Engel has been spotted on the outskirts of town, not much of these presumed viglerlanties are known, but news reports from other parts of the world suggest that these guys are bad news, citizens be warned not to trust them. They are armed, presumed dangerous. The Samurai Pizza Cats will be on thier way soon to meet these new arrivals, and if need be will apply force so they dont disturbed are oh so peaceful town, well peaceful apart from the Big Cheese's plans anyway.

As Excelsior walked down the Northern part of Little Tokyo, he notice two figures standing in an alley between to warehouses. As he drew closer noticed a fluffy wolf like tail. And he could hear two people laughing...the bad sorta laughter.

Just seconds before he had scanned the air waves and had analysed the news report about the two out laws.
And so he decided to see what was going on an aproached the two.

Blair: *she strikes a fighting stance* With lightning fast blows, I serve rightous justice...  :P  But I have no leads as to where this thief is, I'm such a goof.

Naiye stood against the warehouse doors and sighed, looking at his 'friend'. "Looks like the media has streched the truth about us again" He mumbled to himself, kicking a can with his feet. Nakafi looked around the corner, his dark red eyes scanning the area carefully. "I smell compnay" he said, his german accent apparant as he knelt down. Naiye pulled out his katars and stood ready, not wishing to fight again.

**Excelsior stood his ground and looked towards them**
as he did this he switched his eyes through their various modes, first infa red and then he used his x-ray feature in which amongst the thin bones of the two two white objects stood out like large white triangles...**At this moment Excel acessed weapons records data and indetified them as katars**

Then he posed as if he was about to leap towards...but then he disappered, only a small swirl of dust spiraled around the spot where he just was. And about four seconds later he landed behind the two, as if he just jumped the entire distance.

**the ground shook slightly for his almost car like weight**

Dash: I thought I saw someone heading in that direction (points toward the forest below Mt Coochi) I dunno what they would need there but we probably should go after em. And you are not a goof.

Naiye stood, his eyes widened and he mumbled 'What the Hell' Nakafi sighed and shook his head, playing with a small fire ball in his hands. He looked at the being and grunted. "You probably thing we are here to cause trouble... think again... we are good guys..."

**Excelsior stiffles a laugh** Niether, I just mistaked you two for someone else,but since Im hear I might like to know what brings you to these parts, I to am new to town but even I can tell you arent locals?

Dash: well if you two ARE good guys, why don't you help us find those lowlifes that robbed that store.

Nakafi sighed and pointed inside the warehouse, still playing with the fireball... "dumbkopfs" he muttered to himself.
Naiye shook his head and mumbled to himself words to one of two songs, staring off into the sunset.

Dash: I hope you aren't lying...Blair, keep an eye on those two...just to be sure. Im going in

With that Dash slowly walked into the warehouse, with his sensors on high alert

**Excel out of curiosity scanned the warehouse, and sure enough he spotted the theif, with his heat vision, the theifs body was almost red all over from his getaway...then Excel shortly gasped, for the theif was aproached be at least fourty of his friends, each armed with an weapon of some sort, as he continued to scan the warehouse he saw that Dash was already almost apon the group.

Excel continued to look...
..Then he spotted it; a strange object over in the largest crate in the right corner, it seemed to be a large machine, a four legged quadraped of some sort, currently it was inactive in the crate, and the postion it lay in resembeld a dead spider.

Excel: "Damnit, he cant handle that!"

In a rush against time Excelsior simpily jabbed a section of the ware house wall, for a second it remained undamaged, then a small swir of dust kicked around the spot where he hit it, and around the radius of the hit the wall crumbled and made a neat hole in the wall big enough to get through, and luckily it was behind some crates, so his entry would'nt be oblivious to the large gang.l

Naiye turned to his old friend and shook his head. "You know Nakafi old pal... i get the feeling they dont trust us"

Nakafi grunted and looked at the far off mountiains "Story of my death there Odin... story of my life"

Dash walked into a room in the warehouse. It seemed quiet...too quiet. With that a mob ob 10-15 sword weilding folk came out into the open. Dash, knowing thigns did not look in his favor, said, "Great...should have seen this coming." With that he draws his sword and begins engaging people, hitting them with all of his punch and kick moves, including his Hyper Charge combo. He eventually reached a stalemate with the last couple and said, "ok time to end this now..." WIth that he pointed his sword to the ceiling and yelled out, "HYPER MODE ACTIVATE" Dash's armor and body disappeared in a swirl of light and smoke and his armor went from black and orange, to purple and gold. It looked a lot like the SPCs super armor. Dash, with his now upgraded power, motioned to one of the thugs, and said. "alright, now where were we..."

During this process Excelsior moved about almost invisbly and grabed two men with such efficency that they didnt even make a sound, and to anyone else it would seem like they dissapered.

Excelisor **Hmm looks like he can handle himself, but its that pakage in the cornet Im worried about**

Naiye began to walk away from the building, holding one of his katars out. He looked around as he did, before jumping and running off. Nakafi sighed and wondered what his partner was up to now. He walked after him slowly and then suddenly stood still and widen his eyes. "What is is large force i sense coming from the mountain... and why is the idiot running after it..."

Dash continued cleaning house with the enemies in the warehouse. After taking care of the last goon he stopped and felt his scanners going off. "What the...my scanners are going nuts. Wonder what's up?" He saw Excelsior a few yards away and he called to him. "Hey Excelsior, you feeling anything? my scanners are going nuts like something's in here or something."

**Excelsiors hands appeared to be trembeling, his mechanical eyes somehow portrayed a sense of dread**   (If it can scare Excelior you know its bad!)

**Excelsior shouts to Dash**

"the crate, we must destroy whats in it !......if we dont stop it; it'll kill every..."
**Excelsior was cut short as the crate apperared to rumble, and then suddenly something burst out of the ground from below Excel, it appeared to be a mechanicle tenticle with an array of spining sword blades, and a large drill bit in its center, the spinning blades stuck Excel with full force, Excels body twitched as it was stucked at least a dozen times, and sparks flew as they collided, Excelsior stumbled back,a bit dazed, he appeared unharmed besides the dozens of scratch marks across his chest plate and the remants of smoke from the heat generated.

**Excelsior thought how could he have not noticed it comming**

"Dash its has a jamming device!"

**Then Excelsior noticed the tenticle had dissapered, and in the corner there was the crate, smashed in half. And its deadly captive was now loose in the giant dimmly light warehous, and these two warriors now have to ditch the comforts of their tech and fight it the old fashioned way, with there eyes**

Dash: A WHAT??

Dash was just about to ask what he meant when a metal tentacle much like the one that attacked Excel shot up from the ground and knocked Dash clear across the room

Dash: UNNNGH!!

He slammed into a wall and fell to the ground. He slowly got up and was in a fighting stance with his sword drawn.

Dash: Excel, we gotta take this fight outside. If you can get that thing out in the open, I might be able to take it down. Can you do that for me?

As Dash said that he barely jumped out of the way of about 5 more tentacles that came at him from all sides.

"Exactly what I was thinking, Dash you might want to sheild your eyes"

**And with that Excelsiors eyes started to glow ultra bright, and then they let of a powerful blinding flash that light up the room for about 5 seconds (though anyone else wouldve been blinded for a minute) and as the light, lit up the warehouse Excelsior saw it on the wall, to the right of him**

**It appeared to be about the size of a small car, it was a black disc shaped machine, with four spike like legs and jutting out of the six slots (three on each side) where its swaying tenticles. On the end of each was a spining bladed device, like a propelar, and in the middle of these proelars axles was a nasty and long spear head that spun like a drill head, and then on the robots triangular head where fours slots that shot electric harpoons**

**Excel set himself up like a marathon runner, and as the robot turned to him withdarwing its tenticles away from Dash and unleashed its attack at Excel, Excel sprinted at a break neck pace, side stepping and dodging all six tenticles, and then leaning his shoulder towards the robot he tackled it.**

**Though it didnt look like much of an attack, the two burst straight through the concrete wall, in a shower of dust and debrey. The two then collided with the ground in the dock area; the two combatants where still entwined as they tumbled over the concrete ground, once the tumbling ended Excel swatted the tenticles away from him, and then he landed a good punch into its belly, though this did'nt damage it to much besideds a medium sized dent in it, the robot did tumble a few meters away from Excel from the hit...Excel slowly gets up**

Dash followed Excel and the robot through the hole they made. He watched as the two continued to brawl and rumble throughout the dock area. Dash realized that they were outside after a few seconds, and realizing that he had been in his hyper mode for a long time, knew that he had to end this...and quick.

"Excel," he shouted, "Youre gonna want to get out of the way for this one..." and with that Dash began to power up.

**Excel** "how about I make it easier for us both!"

**Excelsior then snatched one of the large robots tenticles, and began to swing it around, until it was almost a blur and then he released it straight into the air for Dash to hit, away from any building or civilians**

Dash: Thanks Excel...enjoy the light show.

Dash began much like Speedy does when he does his Cat's Eye Slash...but the similarities end there. Dash's body starts to spin and he is soon covered in fire. He then stops and he spots the robot spinning towards him and he says, "this...ends...now...HYPER...RISE...OF...THE...PHOENIX!" Dash then flies right at the robot, sowrds extended to the sides and flies at his target. He slams right through the robot sending it exploding into a million pieces. Dash then flies down to the ground...lands on his feet...and passes out as his armor dematerializes.

**Excel lifts Dash onto his houlder and looks around, not to far away he spots an old boat thats been pulled up onto a platform for maintaince, then completely ignoring the ladder on the side Excelsior jumped up into the boat and lay Dash on a pile of old rags and rope.
Then examing his own built in clock decided it was time to leave and prepare for the night, then turning to Dash Excelsior reached to the side of his head. A few seconds passed and then a compartment opened in his helmet, revealing a small seaker like device with a red button on it, which he then placed at Dashs side**

"With you we might stand more of a chance my friend"

**And with that the all to setient machine literally vanished**

Dash woke up a few minutes later, and clutched his head. "Man, Excel did you get the license plate of that...where'd he go? Not to mention, what the heck is this thing sitting next to me? Well obviously Excel figured I might need it. Either way, Im gonna have to make a trip to Solaar and learn to control this hyper mode of mine so that it doesn't drain me so dang much." With that Dash slowly got up and made his way back toward his house in Little Tokyo.

Naiye stood at the top of the forest, looking around silently. He could hear something, he could sense something, he could smell it. The only thing he couldnt do was see it. He mumbled to himself "Stupid demon come out already" as he dashed from tree to tree, searching the whole area. Nothing.

Meanwhile at the bottom of the forest at the warehouse, Nakafi stood and watched Dash stumble away and shook his head, wondering what his young friend was doing and trying himself to sense the creature in the woods.

Dash finally returned to his house, where his grandmother was waiting for him.

"Hi Grams, I know I was out for a while and you were worried sick and all that jazz..." Dash's grandmother just looked at him, kinda rapped on his head like it was a door and said, "Next time you go out saving the world, make sure you don't leave the doort open." With that Dash weakly chuckled and headed for his room and rested. As he nodded off, he thought to himself, "I wonder how Blair is doing right now..."

**A new person walked into Little Tokyo, looking very weak, he was using his sword like a walking stick**
Zero: *panting heavily* Finally, I've made it to Little Tokyo. It took me awhile, but I made it here all the way from Little Osakajust to see the famous and lovely Polly Ester. *pants VERY Heavily* But first... A nap.
**Zero collaps onto the ground**

Kaiser: *smiles, his teeth shine oddly in the light* [When the time comes...  I will do it.]

*Meanwhile

Blair:  *her ears are flattened back in anger*  Stupid thief, I'll show you what's what.  *her ears perked up again, then she smiled*
