Title: The "Real" Pizza Cat Pizzeria Post by: cabbage on July 10, 2011, 05:00:35 am You may remember the article in one issue of the Pizza Cats Review newsletter about the "real" Pizza Cat chain operating in South Korea. Well, I am in Seoul at the moment and was just flipping through a coupon/advertising booklet that was left on my door to see if anything looked good. On the last page I saw an ad for Pizza Cat pizza. I've ordered from them in the past out of curiosity and it wasn't that great... maybe some day I'll give it another go and write up a proper review or something.
Anyway I was happy to see they are still around and decided to take a quick photo--nothing new to it really, you've probably seen it all before if you have checked out their website. I could upload a higher resolution version or even a translation if anyone is interested--although it's fairly straightforward what it's on about hehe.. but frankly I've got bigger fish to fry and better stuff to update my fan-page with ^^; direct link: http://squarenipple.com/cabbage/korea/pizzacat11se.jpg (http://squarenipple.com/cabbage/korea/pizzacat11se.jpg) (attached below) Title: Re: The "Real" Pizza Cat Pizzeria Post by: sans soul on July 10, 2011, 05:17:08 am yeah i remember this. it's neat, thanks for sharing.

You know what would be funny? If a bunch of cosplayers got together and ate there. Of course, the restaurant employees probably wouldn't be in on the joke. ^^; Someone would have to explain it to them. Maybe they could improve business by having an actual Pizza Cat theme in the place? ;] But they might draw the line at a giant cannon on the the roof... Well, we all know with korea, they would probaly use it to blow up the US :OTitle: Re: The "Real" Pizza Cat Pizzeria Post by: KyoZaber on July 10, 2011, 09:38:10 am Quote from: Tigriss But they might draw the line at a giant cannon on the the roof... North Korea currently is chaotic. It depends on the day & the mood they're in. Besides, we all know that any cannon on top of a Pizza Cat hurts the employee more than the surrounding area. Definitely! Of course, then you get damage to whatever said employee(s) happen to crash into... So yeah, a cannon on a real Pizza Cat would probably be a bad idea either way. |
