Edoropolis Emporium

I was partly inspired by this thread (http://www.edoropolis.org/forums/index.php?topic=7022.0), felinki's uploading of Tenko's art, and my own quest to get some of my old Pizza Cat AMVs back. Have you ever had a Pizza Cat file or files (whether pics, fics, music, or movies) go missing that you've wanted to get back again? Did your old hard-drive or floppy disks full of Pizza Cat goodies die? Then post here and maybe some of our generous (and probably more senior) members can help you out.

As for myself, I have a number of old files I could probably provide, though I'd have more if it weren't for stupid computer problems over the years. And here's a list of the things I'm currently looking for:

• Any and all of my old Pizza Cat music videos, except what's already up on Teyandee Studios, animemusicvideos.org, or youtube.
• Any other Pizza Cat AMVs that are currently unavailable. I'd particularly like the one to the Legend of Zelda song and Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It"
• Any cool old Pizza Cat artwork (particularly if I've done it), specifically ones from the Fan Art Archive (http://web.archive.org/web/20070317212057/http://www.aliencat.org/) site that seems to have died.
• Any old Pizza Cat fan-made media files that weren't episodes or episode clips.
• Any pictures from Princess Vi's old Secret Room.

The "secret room" pictures were just random pictures I had, usually scanned from my doujinshi or things I found on the internet.  I'm pretty sure I still have them all, but except for the last few I used I'm not sure which pictures I uploaded there (I have several folders full of Pizza Cats stuff).

And for those of you who have no idea what we're talking about; On my web page I used to have a hidden link on the main page, and if you found it there would be a different Pizza Cats picture there every week.

I love the Secret Room! I felt special knowing it was there, hahaha...

I'm pretty sure that mostly all of my old SPC stuff has come and gone. My biggest collection was on my old PC that ran windows 95 (and that was an upgrade from 3.1.1). Needless to say... I don't have that computer any more ;) I'll certainly make a post if I can think of anything I lost that I wanted.

I had loads of SPC stuff too, at one time.  In order to preserve it all, I made sure to back up everything to Syquest cartridges where it would be safe..... for.... all.....

Well, it's the thought that counts, I guess.

I used to have stacks of floppy disks full of pics. Back in the days of dial up, saving pics was the best option. I had some rubbish drawings too, but I never backed those up and they were purged with the rest of Geocities.

Hahaha... I had stuff saved on floppy disks, and was so excited when zip disks came out.  XD *laughing* I mean what, they held like 100 MB? I think I needed 6 zip disks for all the SPC pics I had at the time.

Ooh wait, I know! I think way back I did a MSPaint pic of Guido leaping up at an angle, sword over his head, with a blue streaky/badly gradient shaded background. Does anyone have that picture by chance? I fear it getting resurfaced, hahaha... but I'd love to see it again for old time's sake.

I know the Secret Room pics were all random and such, but they were really cool.


I still have stacks and stacks of floppies and zip disks, many with Pizza Cat stuff on them, which is how I managed to save anything old in the first place. Shame that one of my SPC zip disks became corrupted years ago, though, that really cheesed me off. :bigcheese:

Also, I'm adding something new to my list. I need that translation of the Hamada Yoshimi manga with the "curse of the sushi" or whatever the title was. I have the other one that corresponds to KNT #3, but not that one.

I just thought I would post this in this thread, but after I mentioned the (now dead) Anipike website and people mentioned using it to find SPC sites, I remembered the old "classic" version with SPC pages is still up.  Why is it so important?  You can use the archive.org Wayback Machine for some of the dead links.  I don't know if they would have anything others would want, but I'm going to start looking through them.  http://classic.anipike.com/series7.html  Just scroll down to the Samurai Pizza Cats listing.  Also, there aren't a ton of links on there, but some of the other sites have dead links you can find on archive.org as well.  There's a lot to dig through, but I was hoping to find a lot of old fan art that I haven't seen in years if nothing else.

I've dug out from a dusty hard drive the audio (https://www.dropbox.com/s/1x0qz9asexzqan4/SPC%20pre-production%20demo.mp3) recording of the SPC pre-production demo mentioned way back in this (https://www.edoropolis.org/forums/index.php?topic=1519.0) thread. Sadly, I didn't have any video capture software at the time, and if I remember correctly, the Jetix Home Entertainment site was one large flash file, so just downloading it wasn't an option.

Aster, that first thing looks like the artbook, and the other one looks like a doujin. Not 100% sure, though.

ANE, that was an interesting find! I must have missed that thread entirely, because I'd never heard it before. So it originally had video too? Shame you couldn't capture that, but thanks for this anyway.

Yeaaah I realized it was the artbook cover after I posted it, but it's such a cool pic that I decided to leave the post there anyway, in case anyone wanted it. Forgive the awful file name, haha. All my SPC stuff is so disorganized. I need to work on fixing that.

Here's a "found".  I still have a bunch of these old SPC page web buttons from my pages and other SPC pages.  I remember I used to love making buttons.

I have some of those too, Vi! I remember making them way back in the day. That was fun :)

Haha, I have a bunch of buttons and banners saved too, I loved collecting them. Here's another.

Here's an odd request: Does anyone have the version of KNT episode 1 subbed by Minor Ja Nai? The one where "Nyankii" was translated as "Memeow" or something like that. I can't seem to find it online anywhere.
