Edoropolis Emporium

Hey, hey. Almost over a year ago, this place was formed. Thanks to a dedicated few and some elbow grease they made sure that we all have a place where we can talk about the SPCs, KNTs, anime, do some certain projects, discuss about other stuff, and show your works for everybody to see. And so far, it has been great. Our members list has grown to over 250. The RPG was a ton of fun. We had several great threads. Made history for creating the first ever translated KNT sub. And created some threads for other people in different languages. Mad the world's longest thread on a forum. I say we all did pretty well for one year.

Though we all had certain heats during the year and some members have disappeared and go. But, this forum is still alive and kicking. And bringiing in more members by the weeks. Congrats to everybody on making this possible.

Though, I just learned that we are right now in a one year mark since it was created in Febuary of last year. But, since I went through the threads and saw that the earliest post was around March and April. I thought that this is appropriate to do this.

So, happy "belated" one year anniversery.

This place is like a 'Lost World'. Stumbled upon it when this new forum started, though I've no idea where it came from. It's magical, really. You know, kindda like that feeling you get after watching too many SPC eps at a time... You don't really know what just happened or how it did, but man it's great. Cheers to you guys!

One year? Wow. This forum isn't very old. So more than a year ago the SPC community was non-existent. No wonder it took me so long to find it :/. Knowing this makes me feel less like a noob. I am so happy about this milestone. It will be the first of many in our quest to make SPC popular again. At least that's what I hope the goal of this forum is. I think one major milestone we should strive for is getting a Flash Cartoon on the front page of Newgrounds. This is one of the many things I think we should be doing to promote our beloved cartoon. I also have an idea for a SPC Halo machinima series similar to Red vs Blue. I call it Spartan Pizza Cats. I don't have any means of actually making it. I just have ideas for the story. I've also figgured out how to make the player models for Speedy, Polly and Guido. I'll elaborate more on my idea in a new topic if I get good enough feed back for it.

This is the newest forum. There have been others in the past (some are still up, some are not and some are used for other such... "different" discussion types)

I've been around here (the community) since 2002 and it's been one hell of a ride.

The fandom has been around longer, but not with as many people. How many of the population had Internet access in the '90s?
Only after 2000 did it start to pick up, right?

Happy One Year Anniversary!! Well done to everyone responsible for making this a reality for fans of the show around the world. If this is kept up, many more fans will flood in and experience the fan-based glory that is SPC/KNT.

That's something many of us have been striving towards for quite some time, and I hope it one becomes a reality. We have many of the needed resources at are disposal, however what we're lacking is the most important aspect; a set team of flash animators.
