Title: TMNT Movie. Post by: BurkeWorld on July 21, 2006, 04:41:04 pm Looks like it should be VERY well done.
The new TMNT Animated movie, check out the trailer here: NINJA TURTLES PWN YOU! (http://www.thatvideosite.com/view/2915.html) I think Andy will like this the most. RW Title: Re: TMNT Movie. Post by: Andy on July 21, 2006, 07:37:03 pm OMFG, dude!!! That looks awesome. First Transformers and now TMNT. Wicked cool! I can't wait for next year. This'll be awesome.
Though. I like the live action ones and I think it'll look better as 2-D. Andy (the one who can't wait for next year.) Title: Re: TMNT Movie. Post by: Helios on March 30, 2007, 05:53:09 am I loved the original cartoon series when I was a little kid. I used to wake up early so I wouldn't miss any of it. The first movie was awesome as well.
Then the TMNT franchise started to go downhill for me. The second and third movies were nothing to the first (anyone remember Vanilla Ice in the second? *vomits*). TMNT: The Next Mutation was awful, and the 2003 series just wasn't as good as the first. When I heard about this movie, I thought it would be okay, but wouldn't have the magic the original series had. Well, I was wrong! I loved it! The animation is gorgeous (as well as the fight scenes), the plot focuses again on brotherhood and family, and it's got some great humour in it. The only problem I had with it was I wish there had been a bit more of Mikey and Don. I hope this is a new era for the Turtles. Go and see it! What was everyone else's opinion about it? Stronger than dirt. If you step on their tails. You're gonna get hurt. *Then a series of big metallic words fly at the screen.* SAM UR I PIZZA CATS *Then the realese date is shown* Then I convulse with joy on the sticky theater floor. :D Title: Re: TMNT Movie. Title: Re: TMNT Movie. Post by: Andy on April 02, 2007, 12:46:06 am I think that's because they were made to go there because their parents were former fans of the show. Or they were there because of the new series they were watching today. Eh. Who knows. Maybe they don't like the dark plot in this movie. They're just kids.
Andy (The one who dislikes kids the most because at where he works, they mess up places big time_ Title: Re: TMNT Movie. Post by: Threaux on April 02, 2007, 01:21:09 am I doubt it will rekindle that special awesomeness that was my childhood, because anything less cool than this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDU7HsdCotE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDU7HsdCotE) will be dissapointing. However slick the animation or the fighting is it just won't be comparable to the cheeseball humor and "not taking ourselves too seriously here" attitude of the first cartoon and live action movie series. However I will reserve a final judement until I have seen the movie for myself, hopefully the cinema center will be deviod of poorly behaved little kids, shell-shocked (get it) by the CGI animation.
Title: Re: TMNT Movie. Post by: samurai_man on April 20, 2007, 02:01:13 am it looks ok but the animatin doesnt. the old one. it looks better.
