-sword: bitou kirakira / 美刀キラキラ (beautiful sword kirakira) -technique: haato bureikaa / ハートブレイカー (heart breaker) BTW, isn't Sukashii's pikapika refered to as "houtou" / 宝刀 (treasured sword)? Atleast I think that sounds like what the narrator is saying. ?:| Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: Daisensei on December 25, 2005, 11:21:00 pm :polly: (from KNT #32) No, his sword is "koutou" as I said before. Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: Puutarou on December 26, 2005, 12:28:13 am Ah, I see. I was wondering since in Zumi-Fox's KNT encyclopedia (great place for looking up info about KNT) it's listed as "houtou", http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~zumi-fox/teyande/dic/dic-h.htm#houtou (http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~zumi-fox/teyande/dic/dic-h.htm#houtou)
but if the script says "koutou" it must be correct. The narrator should speak more clearly when giving us important info. =] Edit: Mustn't forget... this one's my favourite ^_^ :sundance: (from KNT #39) -weapon: Nyan-Nyan Magunamu / ニャンニャンマグナム (Nyan-Nyan Magnum) -technique: Kyattsu Ai Shuutingu / キャッツアイシューティング (Cat's Eye Shooting) Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: KageReneko on December 30, 2005, 08:15:59 pm :sundance: (from KNT #39) -weapon: Nyan-Nyan Magunamu / ニャンニャンマグナム (Nyan-Nyan Magnum) -technique: Kyattsu Ai Shuutingu / キャッツアイシューティング (Cat's Eye Shooting) This makes me wonder, how could be the Hissatsu Moves of Prince and Madonna? Do they also have guns? Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: Puutarou on December 30, 2005, 09:50:35 pm Since none of them were shown having guns, I suppose Madonna would use her whip for her final attack, and Prince his fencing sword for his. We can only imagine what the attacks would look like and what their names would be though.

Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: Violet on January 06, 2006, 10:18:18 pm Like “Royal slash” for Prince? "Purple Rain" Attack Madonna's attack "Ray of Light" (j/k, I just made that up) Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: KageReneko on January 09, 2006, 06:18:21 pm They sound fine... That would be the original names or the SPC names??
Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: Violet on January 10, 2006, 01:54:20 am The Maddonna and Prince names are from KNT, so I guess "original"

Probably one have made a mistake. I attached a picture with the narrator explaining the supreme technique of Sukashii, where you can see clearly (well, only for who's able to understand Japanese tough :P) "koutou". but if the script says "koutou" it must be correct. *Rocks out.* Burkey Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: DarkMatter_Zero on January 18, 2007, 07:49:32 am :badbird:'s special technique he used in episode 53 is called Haka Ninpo - Majin Shinkugi
he also refered to it simply as Majin Shinku. Right? I was also wondering what the name of his Sword is? Title: Re: Sukashi's sword Post by: felineki on January 18, 2007, 04:29:10 pm Teyandee Daijiten (http://www.pluto.dti.ne.jp/~zumi-fox/teyande/dic/dic.htm) has it listed as"Karakara Ninpou - Majin Shinkuugiri". I think "majin shinkuugiri" translates to something along the lines of "demon vacuum slash".
I don't think the name of Karamaru's sword is ever mentioned, though. Teyandee Daijiten doesn't have anything on the topic, and I don't remember reading anything about it elsewhere. |
