I've heard great things about Chrono Trigger, and had been really wanting to play it.
While watching the bonus disc from Final Fantasy XII, I noticed that "Final Fantasy Chronicles" had Chrono Trigger on it. Then I was like "Wait...don't I have Final Fantasy Chronicles lying in my room?"
Needless to say, I'm quite happy now.
I felt Chrono Trigger was a tad overrated. Not FF7 overrated but just a little bit. However, I still had a lot of fun with it. Awesome battle system and Frog is the best character ever. I would like to have played the Japanese version. I heard that they majorly changed Frog's personality in translation.

What Happen ? Somebody Set up Us The Bomb. We get Signal. What ! Main Screen Turn On. Its You !! How Are You Gentlemen!! All Your Base Are BelongTo Us. You Are On The Way To Destruction. What You Say? You Have No Chance To Survive Make Your Time. HA HA HA HA ... Captain !! Take Off Every 'Zig' !! You Know What You Doing. Move 'Zig'. For Great Justice. I think that would actually be something they'd be fairly likely to say. Especially the last part. Especially especially if it were KNT.

You know, I've actually been having issues with playing midis. I run Ubuntu 7.10 and just can't find an application that will let me listen to them. This is particularly bad, because I absolutely love game music. I was wondering if you guys could help me out.

Hey folks, I'm not sure who brought up the idea or where the post is, but I have learned of a way to do so. Just download this: http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/ and convert your episode to mp3 format. I'm not exactly sure how it'll work for Windows and Linux users, as there is a version specifically for Mac that I'm using. Just throwing that out for y'all.

Well since everyone else's posts are so long and thoughtful, I thought that I would elaborate on my own. I had known about the forum before I joined. What actually got me to join was actually some fan mail that I sent to Tigris for Nyanki Fanatics (the only sure-fire way to get episodes I knew of). She was extremely kind and suggested that I join the forums. (This is the first and only forum that I actively participate in.) When I did actually register, I was rather intimidated, not having the strongest self-esteem in the world. However, when I started posting, no one flamed me, and eventually I was able to become at least a little recognized. Hopefully we on these forums will always be as understanding with newbies as when I joined, because this is the only goodly sized SPC/KNT community out there. We wouldn't want to disappoint the fans. (Sorry for my atrocious grammar, folks.)

Where'd you get the keyboard, hard drive, etc. for that? I had been looking. So I tried a linux live CD for dreamcast and got bored after 20 minutes of my dreamcast tryng to boot it, know one that works?
Well if you really want a unix dreamcast (which would rock by the way), you could try installing NetBSD. It's not live, but I think it'd work.
