Yes, you can turn the subtitles off. The main menu has an "ON/OFF" switch for them.

What episode is this one from? BTW I suggest buying a cel from this ebayer, I did and it came in good shape.
Plus, they really show the effort Tatsunoko animatiors put into these, even the clearest episodes don't do them justice.

I can remember that a sound from starwars has been used a lot of times in other programs (it's that scream from TIE fighters. I actually always thought starwars would never give their soundeffects away.

Considering the amount of SW merchandise it would'nt surprise me if the SFX were shared too.

Though this would be better for that road runner character, pretty much anything old with an engine with less than 5 cylinders and not in front would be a good car for Emporer Fred, it'd also be good for my tall father who likes goofy small cars.

What about that one Alfa Romero? the 8C i think it's name is? I remember on Top Gear Clarkson said that car has no purpose... I'm looking at an 8C, uggh, ugly Ferrari wannabe with a Buggatti front grille set-up, also seen on the Edsel! The 8C would probably fit the Big Cheese with its cheese-hole lights and rat center grille.

A pink Miata might work, but him being a high-positioned homo (please turn off your imagination when reading that) I picture pricey European cars, you know, the kind that can't get over speed bumps like Lamborghinis, or a flashy red convertible with fins and white stripes.

Cut down scenes, you mean like when Saban edited episode 5 (I think that it was 5) so that indtead of Guido hitting Speedy Speedy just faints from eating a pizza with a bruise for no reason? What was wrong with Sabans mixed episode? The only thing that I don't like is some of the obnoxious background music in the English one.
