Well, I fooled around with Microsoft Office Picture Manager and resized all of the frames to my first animated gif. I will look into those programs you guys mentioned and see if one of them has options that MOPM doesn't have. Here is my gif:

I've been playing around with making animated gifs from SPC episodes. I finished a really good one, but I need help resizing it. I tried girworks.com, but I couldn't upload because they have a 400KB limit (the one I've made comes out to 10MB ). I tried using Microsoft Office Picture Manager to resize all of the frames, but I know there's probably an easier way. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'll upload some after I figure out how.

Hi, I'm new to the board 

My first experience with SPC was when I was six or so and was watching tv in the early morning.  I remember watching most of "Speedy's Double Time Trick" which was really funny and after downloading most of the episodes, it's my favorite. I remember also seeing "Singing Samurai Sensation" and "Samurai Charm School", but I never saw or heard of it again until I stumbled upon its wikipedia article. From there, I just started downloading episodes and now I'm a big fan
