Dude, SPC has a Big fan community and we have episodes online that are “Bitorrent free”, what else do you want?. A online comic that is fanmade as Sonic has? That’s impossible because we don’t have 183 issues of a real SPC comic to base stuff from!.

I saw that link, and really it was said "houtou". Probably one have made a mistake. I attached a picture with the narrator explaining the supreme technique of Sukashii, where you can see clearly (well, only for who's able to understand Japanese tough  ) "koutou".

I thought I heard "Houtou" at first, but after listening more closely I can now hear the "k"sound. So my conclusion would be that the script is correct.
