I was reading the Sunday paper, and as I was browsing the comics it reminded me SPC... Here's an online version

Anyone know how to get paragraphs to space without manually inserting page-breaks?  I know this forum automatically spaces without us having to do anything, but I had to manually do all of that for the stories on my website (including Match Made in Heaven...longest fiction ever).

So, for html?

You could go Ctrl+H and replace all linebreaks (I assume that there is a line break for each paragraph) and replace with </p><p>

I'm sorry, I haven't read it yet (I'm still studying for exams). I just picked a random one to test it out.
What would you recommend as a "good" fiction then?

Recently, I have had the problem of reading some of the fanfics. I don't know about you, but reading off the website, it's kind of messy (to me). BUT before you all go "Well, we all can read it!", I have took 30 minutes to learn LaTeX typesetting, and tested my knowledge on a SPC fanfic, courtesy of http://harmonex.edoropolis.org

Ignore the above (especially the bit about not viewing the fanfics properly). I fixed it. Don't ask how. But, I still think that the "book" feel is better.

Thanks Felineki Smiley
I surprised myself with this composition, as I didn't think that I would be able to do it within a few days (3-4). I would think, judging by my previous songs, that I would have taken a few weeks.

Hmmm, no comments...

I updated the song, as I got a few new instrument packs.

Would this help?
http://www.stopforumspam.com/downloads/

I found it buried deep in my bookmarks (which is like 10000 entries)
Unfortunately, I only know a little bit of PHP, so I'm not sure if this is helpful.

I have a preliminary idea as well, there could also be an "avatar lock" so that you have to upload an image while registering or within a time limit of registering. I don't think spambots could upload media.

Does anyone use this? I am using currently to try to rec-create some of the KNT songs. First one is "To Be Yourself" but it's not finished.

Thanks very much Felineki, I am getting the files right now. I'll let you know how it works when I finish the work I have (quite a bit).

Edit:
It works! And, it also has a encoder too! Grin

Here are 2 megauploads for KNT:

KNT CD1 (KICA-24, the "BGM" CD) FLAC
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LIM6469C

KNT CD2 (KICA-37, the "Music" CD) FLAC
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=D8R4PILB

Hope that works. Lemme know if they don't extract or something.

SHA-1 Checksums (they should match if my upload worked hehe):
6644ca7aa082542a743c69e9b5ad3c2034a1029c  Kyattou Ninden Teyandee CD1-FLAC.zip
f0583dbd8a91840eaf72fa3bb2837656473a173d  Kyattou Ninden Teyandee CD2-FLAC.zip

I would like to note that the second link is down. Sad

Never mind, It was just my connection (I have a weird router)
Thanks very much for the FLACs

Hello, while looking at the midi's on this forum, I realized that I needed a midi player. I searched and found this site http://timidity.s11.xrea.com/index.en.html which details on how to install a MIDI player that also has the option to convert the midi's into wav's. I also found that (although written for Ubuntu, it can be copied over to Windows) it is able to run Fluid R3, I very complete library (http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-400323.html). The links point me to http://web.archive.org/web/20060719050154/www.ismusic.ne.jp/collosseum/tutorial.html and http://web.archive.org/web/20050306160640/http://www7.tok2.com/home/misc/timidity/timidity_pp_w32_install.html which I put into the wayback machine (mirror) to make them work. The instructions were very confusing (unfortunately I do not read Japanese, so i had to use google translate), and I could not get the CFG files to work. I am requesting a bit of help on how to install the patches (Eawpat I think) and Fluid R3 (http://soundfonts.homemusician.net/collections_soundfonts/fluid_release_3.html).

Also you need SFArk to uncompress the sf files (http://www.melodymachine.com/sfark.htm)
And some files that you may need (http://ftp://ftp.gravis.com/Public/Sound/Patches/ ) (http://timidity.s11.xrea.com/files/readme_cfgp.htm)

Thanks,
SFI

13  Samurai Pizza Cats / Fan Works / Cursor Set [incomplete] on: December 21, 2009, 01:34:38 am
Hello,

I just found this forum, and it has been the highlight of this day. Many of the sites that I visited were very outdated. Surfing for just SPC related stuff, I found a set of cursors, from http://web.archive.org/web/20050217121908/http://members.aol.com/PrncssVi/downloads/. The site is very slow, as it has been taken of the net, but backup-ed on a different server. Two of the links are broken, but I managed to the the rest of the cursors. Seeing as this forum (after a preliminary search) has yet to get these I have attached them to this post. NOTE: Although these are used cursors and animated cursors, I take no responsibility in any harm caused, though there shouldn't be any harm from these files, apart from frustration for those who do not know how to install the set.
