Sorry for not posting in a few weeks, but I come with great news! After several years of research, I've found that the voice of Carla was done by Eramelinda Boquer. Boquer, a veteran voice actress and radio broadcaster in Montreal, has been known for voicing Rubella in "Arthur" for many years. I contacted her about this via e-mail, and she said that hearing the clip of her as Carla has brought back memories for her. Here's the proof of how she sounds via her Voice 123 account: https://voice123.com/eramelindaboquerLooks like this case is pretty much closed! Carla's not voiced by Bronwen Mantel like I've originally thought; Eramelinda was the voice that was elusive to the ears of Terrence Scammell. EDIT: OH, and speaking of Bronwen; she was the one that voiced Lucinda in "A Mission to Manhattan". She remembered her voice as attempting a bad Marilyn Monroe impression for Lucinda. Can't believe that slipped my mind!

Holy crap! How long as it been since I last posted? Anyway, now with the forums not shutting down randomly, I can update you all on what I've found, voice-wise. First off, I got in touch with Michael Rudder on Facebook and he was able to identify a few voices that Terrence was unable to do so. First off, he said that he did the grunts and the one lone spoken line for the Potted Pig. Second, he ID'ed Mojo Rojo as being voiced by the late Gary Jewell, who was also the English voice for Bob in "Bob in the Bottle". Also, the topic actually made it a forum page on Anime News Network, where AVHodgson said that I was correct in my matches, but was off by one. That was Beaky Bickerson. According to him, Beaky was voiced by Gordon Masten, who has done work for both Montreal and Toronto. And judging by his portrayal of Morton Koopa, Jr., I wouldn't be surprised if he voiced a few of the Ninja Crows alongside Arthur [Holden] and Mark [Hellman]. Here's the original forum link: ( https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/bbs/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3053314) I also gained some back and forth access to Aron Tager via two agents of his. They confirmed that the late actor did voice work on the show; and they confirmed that he voiced Charlie Bird (from "Singing Samurai Sensei-tion") and Santa Claus (from "The Cheese That Stole Christmas"). Sadly, I still haven't found from Harry Standjofski on who he voiced on the show. But he did tell me that he did voice work for it. I've also brought some investigation on who voiced who on the "Behind the Voice Actors" forums and see what they think. It's still a process, and I'm getting help from others (including AVHodgson) in fixing this. He still believes that Bronwen Mantel voiced Carla, but when I showed Rudder the clip, he said he couldn't recognize the voice. I'll send over the post from BTVA as well: ( https://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17060) User WhyofBladez also provides a list of those who might've been around for that short-lived amount of time in voice; hence both Terrence and Michael recall that whoever voiced Carla didn't last long in the voice-over world. At first, I thought it was Jessalyn Gilsig, but it turned out to be false. Hopefully, I'll try to find out more info with AV's help. And once more to Tigress, but I still like to say "You're welcome". I'm doing the best I can. Glad to post normally once again.

Sorry for not posting anything on this thread for a while, but i did get one new name in uncredited cast pile: Harry Standjofski. He's a character actor in the Montreal, Quebec area, and he has done some character roles in animation; most notably, Friar Tuck in "Young Robin Hood". He told me that he has done some minor characters. I sent him a couple of sound clips to see if he can pick out his voice from the pack.
Still haven't heard back from Aron Tager, though; but he was one of the cast members.
So far, I haven't heard back from the other known Canadian voices from the Cinar camp, but wish me luck!

And just like that, Terrence relied back to me more info! Although, he couldn't figure out three of them, since he stated that of the clips had actors and actresses that didn't do much when it comes to voice over work. Here's what he had to say (I'm also providing any correct spelling, and what not):
Carla Crow: "I don't know." (Personally, I still think she's voiced by Bronwen Mantel. Take a listen to the kid voices on the show, and you'll see what I mean. Terrence also accidentally calls her Carlo.) Ninja Crows: Arthur Holden and Mark Hellman Mojo Rojo: "I don't know." (Still odd, since it sounds like two different actors voiced the guy. So far, I've only found two episodes where the other Rude Noise members speak.) Ronnie Guiseborn (not Guisemuller): Michael Rudder The Professor: Mark Hellman. Terrence also states my earlier screw-up: "Michael O'Reilly didn't do any of the narration. I did the narration for the series, with the exception of the promo, which was done in LA." (I think he mistook what I meant about the Professor also being one of the narrators in the Japanese version.) Great Warrior: "I did the Japanese sounding version, and Mark Helman is doing the other version." (In other words, Terrence Scammell in his first appearance, Mark Hellman in "The Great Comet Caper Part 2".) Beeky Bickerson: Richard Dumont News Seller: Arthur Holden Cuckoo Bird: Arthur Holden Seymor Jr. (from "Son of Big Cheese"): Bronwyn Mantel Rufus T. Rhumboid (from "Big Cheese's I.Q. Corral"): Mark Hellman Sylvia (from "Son of Big Cheese"): Jane Woods Speedy Fan Girls (from "Those Transformin' Felines"): Both the voices were done by Jane Woods Frogface (from "Kung Fu Kitty Contest"): Pierre Lenoir Smiling Jack (from "Kung Fu Kitty Contest"): Rick Jones Benny Bunny (from "Kung Fu Kitty Contest"): "Me." (Terrence Scammell) Walkie Talkie: Richard Dumont (still surprised. Although, I can see why many confused Richard for Terrence, since certain characters sound alike.) Capt. Nitro (from "Youth is For Exploding"): Richard Dumont Puff Tart (from "Youth is For Exploding"): Patricia Rodriguez (still active, but currently lives in the UK. She also did voices for "Arthur".) Crablo (from "Cold and Crabby in Little Tokyo"): Arthur Grosser (in other words, Bad Max with an Italian accent.) Love Bot (from "All You Need is Love"): Susan Glover Potted Pig (from "Close Encounters of the Pig Kind"): "I don't know." (Granted, since I could only get one intelligible line in there; the rest were just pig snorts. Could be Hellman as well.) Ruthless (from "Big Cheese's I.Q. Corral"): Michael Rudder Shell (from "Emperor Fred Does Hard Time"): Pier Kohl Sunblock-16 (from "The Pizza Cats Are Only Human (Part 1)"): Mark Hellman Monster Masher (from "Pizza Cats Performance Review"): Mark Hellman (nice job on the Boris Karloff impression, btw.)
From what I've gathered, any additional characters (robots, citizens, one-shots, etc.) might be voiced by Bronwen, Jane, Mark, Michael and Arthur, along with occasional bits from Richard, Patricia, and several of the main cast. (Terrence is still unsure if Lucinda was voiced by Liz MacRae or Pauline Little.) If there's any other notable characters and robots from the show, I'll make clips and send them his way.
Now if you'll excuse me, I've got some edits to do on Wikipedia.

Got word back from Terrence about the other voices. He was busy and forgot, but here's what he sent: Mark Hellman - Meowzma O'Toole Liz MacRae - Princess Vi Jane Woods - Mama Mutt, Empress Freida Bronwen Mantel - Mutt Jr. Arthur Holden - Bucky, I. Beam, Time Master Michael Rudder - Wally, Big Frank, Fernando Curtenzuela Pierre Lenoir - Prof. Ohm Teddy Lee Dillon - Ohm Jr. Looks like I was right about Jane voicing Freida and Bronwen voicing Junior. I was surprised to find out that Liz voiced everybody's favorite ruler with a cute iron fist, but it was confirmed after listening to this voice demo on her website: http://www.lizmacrae.com/wp-content/uploads/7_cartoon_voices_animation.mp3Pierre Lenoir was the only new name on this update, and he did several voices in other productions in Canada. And, I'm only shooting the dark here, but it appears that Michael Rudder and Arthur Holden voiced a lot of male side characters throughout the show. Expect more clips from me for other characters and minor characters as soon as possible. Hopefully someone will update the Wikipedia and TV Tropes entries ASAP.

Honestly, at this point, I think you're the main person to ask about in regards to the voices. I tried to contribute, but it just didn't work out.
That's okay, though. I appreciate all your hard work.
Thanks in advance. It's just that you've got to at least try your luck with some of these Canadian voices. Still haven't heard back from Terrence, Jane or Liz on their roles. Speaking of which, I think Jane Woods voiced Freida and Vi's Handmaiden, and possibly Mama Mutt as well. I'll contact Terrence again to be sure. I'm sure he's busy with acting and what not.

Still no word from Terrence yet, but I hope you guys can help me out on the following: Meowzma O'Toole: Since many have confused Rick (Jones) for voicing him for years, I'm starting to think that Michael O'Reilly (Bad Bird) voiced him. To me, he sounds like a deeper voiced version of Bad Bird. https://app.box.com/s/mti8ozjwp1okqjz3c8n9xp0wmkqwxmg9 Princess Vi: I know many said it's Susan Glover voicing her, but after hearing some clips, I'm starting to doubt that. Sounds like it might be Bronwen Mantel. Take a listen: https://app.box.com/s/3pl7xueatnbxsa6bxy2wg7wtcxuom7b4 Mama Mutt & Junior: Might not be Sonja and Pauline, but sounds like someone else did their voices, judging how similar voices appear in other shows. https://app.box.com/s/hoypx89om0z055artk8nr8hzqnn37m5o Empress Freida: Methinks that this is Jane Woods, but I just wanted to be sure. https://app.box.com/s/m8bl7x4hxjd5a7glwz32loisyrb6i60s Bucky: Francine's boyfriend. Might be a regular or a one-off guest voice in the Canadian region. Mistakenly thought it was Mark Camacho back in the day. https://app.box.com/s/99966bvt4gl5w3s5wmbmxjn2exerd9bt Wally: Lucille's brother. This one still confuzzles me, since it sounds cartoony enough to be recognizable. https://app.box.com/s/g1b2jbclvnavexmzqptpc0gtdjuujhi9 Professor Ohm and Ohm Jr.: Still unsure about this two as well. https://app.box.com/s/8ioqjviofymjudwwfoqwi1vthuepzweohttps://app.box.com/s/j6x4pb3kfo26ikarmick69cet3nq97yp I. Beam: Also might sound like Arthur or another voice actor, but I'm unsure at this point. https://app.box.com/s/1orhexpynf8qm9nrigs4595eoto12gfd Big Frank: The one-off robot was really funny as a Frank Sinatra knock-off. Judging from its design, it's the only time a Kinnikuman knock-off can do a good Frank Sinatra impression. https://app.box.com/s/miv5sz8b76rcsebacsfvljkl97arx6ad Fernando Curtenzuela: Might be one of the credited actors or the uncredited ones. https://app.box.com/s/fbj63qzf6nicdm144h3jpzgsukspk7yr Time Master: This voice still cracks me up. Another character whom I mistakenly thought Mark Camacho voiced. https://app.box.com/s/voiehl8oiwoorf8x61hhkgxua8fgkl90Remember that most of these characters are probably voiced by Canadian actors who were uncredited or by the main cast. If you recognize a few from several Canadian produced cartoons, let me know, and see what you guys have in mind for your answers.

A-log: I wanted to give you my sincere thanks for all of your work, work that is probably not finished yet, but that's okay. Not only did it breathe life into this place, but it also helped me with something I was, and still am, working on.
You're very welcome, rcom. Still no word from Terrence yet; got a response from Liz MacRae (who is a fan of the show) and told me that she might check back to see what other characters she voiced. Here's hoping I'll get some answers soon.

I'll just chip in here with more thanks towards A-Log; I've been away from here for far too long, but things like this thread is just the thing to get posts back here. Just a quick question, was there any reason the credits never showed who voiced who, or is that just a common theme shows like this?
I think it was a common theme back then for some shows. And I might be wrong here, but those credited for the voices were probably for the main cast, hence the confusion for many years. Anyway, I've got a couple more audio links to present soon. I showed them to Terrence and I've yet to hear back from him. Anyway, expect another post soon.
