A doujinshi I haven't seen before showed up on Yahoo Japan Auctions recently. It's apparently centered around voice actress Ai Orikasa, who performed Pururun's voice in KNT. The description text states that it includes Pururun art by Tatsuya Souma, the artist behind the KNT manga that was recently translated here on EE.
