Ok folks, here's the scenario.
You're the new Big Cheese on the block.
Your duty, should you choose to accept it, is to scheme a way to take over Little Tokyo in any way possible.

How would you do it!?

What kind of evil mastermind would I be if I made you all go first?

So my delightfully devious cohorts... Here's my master plan.
I've noticed lately in Little Tokyo, we have an obscene amount of road work taking place.
My first reaction to the annoyance was of course to dispatch our Ninja Crows to destroy the idiots making a turn against traffic, then it hit me.

We'll sabotage all of the road projects and make it impossible for everyone to get anywhere!
I've got an elaborate gang of new robots that are truly evil. As they walk around town they'll constantly be spitting gum on the sidewalks, while at the same time constantly annoy  and distract the construction crews while the rest of you Ninja Crows subtly sabotage the work equipment.

We'll keep this going for months on end. Once the citizens are completely bonkers from the aggravation, I'll swoop in with a fresh road crew that'll fix all of the problems, for a outrageous fee of course.

And in case those Samurai Pizza Cats try to interfere, they'll soon learn what it's like to be a wad of gum in someone's hair...

Very Simple. I would just tell everybody that the tv show is over and in at least in the next 20 years there won't be a single new episode. They would be so sad that I could take over the city without any opposition.

Btw the idea of weapons to take over is useless. Lucile Missiles showed that to us.
