subtitle programm

well
im from germany and as it ws already mentioned here the german version of samurai pizza cats is just creepy and bad
i mean: übelkrähe(BB)?!oh come on!
anyways: i was downloading all episodes in english and some of my friends asked me what it is.
so i watched one or two episodes with them.Besides the fact that english is a must for at least 5 years here many jokes simply where ignored because the characters are just talking to fast at times.nevertheless some people actually liked it even if they didnt get a word and so they asked if i could translate it for them.

seeing it as a chance to find someone german to talk about spc with i said okay(the fanbase is disturbingly small).that happend three weeks ago.
today i finished to translate the first 15 episodes , including puns without getting rid of their sense.
i always told my friends about my progress and now it ended up that around 25 people waiting for that

my problem:
im still searching for a good programm to set up the subtitles.
does anyone knows a good programm for that?

Guten Tag Bachbar! Entschuldige bitte aber Ich weiße nichts betreffend einer subbing Programme, *Sieht dein Profil* Frankfurt.....In die Urlaub meine Familie und Ich gehen manchmal zur Frankfurt! 
(Entschuldigung aber Ich hatte 3 Jahre lang kein Deutsch ins Schule so es ist wahrscheinlich nicht so gut  )

got so say its not exactly frankfurt... my hometown is way to small to be known around the world...i dont even know how many people actually know frankfurt even thought its one of our bigger towns^^

It's a pretty nice place for a Vacation, if I remember it right I've also my 1st lynx (Luchs) there in some forest.

Try DSRT. For the most comfortable editing, after opening / creating the subtitle file, choose the corresponding video file (File -> Choose video...) and go to video mode (File -> Video...). If you have any questions, ask.
