No. I'm talking about the first 24 hours of receiving phase, with constant paperwork and sleep deprivation. Its just a constant shock-fest. Especially for someone like Burks, who is used to being at the top of the food-chain.

the other 3 months are not even hard anymore from what I hear. he should be more than fine.

I figured the first day or so would be the most fun, but I thought the rest of the time would be pretty tough, too. However, I suppose you'd know the most about such matters.
