Just to make a point, I don't mind constructive critisizm, however I'm getting a little tired of hearing that an RP which should've only taken a month or 2 lasted 6 months. Yes, I screwed up. I admit it, and I don't deny it.
I would like to remind you folks that things happen both on and off the screen that affect everyone.
Where I have failed is the fact that I've been too strict in some of my methods. I accept that.
I should've probably set some other guidelines in there to keep everything all nice an neat, but I didn't. Oh well, life goes on.
These RP's are meant for spair time as well as some fun... not to mention flexing your creativity muscles.
You folks don't need me to orchestrate things for you. Look inside yourselves! You've got to have something creative in you that's just waiting to burst out of you like that little alien dude from the movie Alien! ... Only without the mass hysteria and panic and such.
If you want to try something new on here in here, go right ahead. However, starting from this date forward (February 18, 2006)...
any and all complaints regarding my swimming thread will be dealt with swiftly and painlessly. >=|
(All current remarks are Grandpa'd in. New remarks will get it. Constant new remarks will end up in the user getting it. I can't ban, but I'll figure something out. >=) )
"There's nothing to see here, move along."
I'll come up with a closer to the thread, and I'll work on trying to get something going on my end again.
Until that time, show me how creative you all can get. I want to see something outside of the box.
Think about it... what trouble and or adventure can High Schoolers get into in Little Tokyo?
I want to see something that's never been done before.
Examples:
-Students are assigned to actually teach Emperor Fred something.
-Princess Vi wants to spend a day at the High School.
-A stormy day forces the students to stay inside and take motorcycle riding lessons from the principal.
-A gardening class takes a turn for the worse when students are forced to grow plastic plants some how.
-Electronics class is not only shocking, it's confusing. Who would've thought that students could make a robot out of nothing but old toasters.
Remember! All because it doesn't make sense doesn't mean it can't happen!
I'm decently pleased with what you all accomplished in ~Creators Corner #1~It was filled with random off-shoots, and plenty of action. What I would recommend is that for your next attempt, try your best to keep the flow going, and do your best to make it a little more easy and simple for others to follow. You're not only Role Playing, your technically writing a story with events, actions, reactions, consequenses, ect...
You're all making decent steps, now it's time to raise the bar a little bit.
Also, try to come to a consensus on how in-writing text should be handled. Describing actions is excelent! Helping folks find those actions is even better.

Anyway, sorry for all the ranting and whineing on my part. Best of luck to you folks. I'll be around in the rafters watching... and probably doing other stuffs here and there.
