A bolt of lightning flashed over Little Tokyo that morning...
Thunder cackled through the sky... as if the sky knew something the ground didn't...
Rain began to fall... blanketing the city in a gift...
Unfortunately.... The gift of rain only worked against the city that day...
Not because of the poor drainage system... Oh no... a much worse threat loomed... worse than flooding...

*A bolt of lightning strikes a small shop... for a moment it appears to be allright... then... it exploded... bits and pieces of it flew everywhere....*

Lighning somehow... danced away from the rubble of what used to be a humble electronics store...
Above in the sky... Thunder cackled...
... It knew something that those below did not...

The Samurai Pizza Cat Pizza Emporium was booming with plenty of activity that morning.
Since it had been raining on and off for the past week, a type of sale was going on...

Francine: *In the kitchen, watching the Television.* Oooo! Look! Here it comes, here it comes!

On the screen, an image of Francine popped up... She was smiling at the camera, holding onto an umbrella, and standing right next to the Emporium.

Francine (On TV): Do the rainy days have you down? Don't worry, we'll turn your frown upside down! *She smiled and winked.* At the Samurai Pizza Cat, we're holding a sale related to how much rain we got the other day, so don't delay!

The screen cuts away to footage of Polly, Speedy, and Guido working in the kitchen.

Francine (On TV): The rain gauge goes up, while the water comes down. With every centimeter the weatherman's gauge goes up, we'll cut the price of a small pizza by 1/4. If it rains 4cm, then your small pizza is free! ... Well... Almost... You at least have to buy a drink! So come over to the Samurai Pizza Cat! And leave the Pizza to us. ^_^

Francine: *Smiles, her tail moving swiftly with anticipation.* The rain has kept falling, but we're still making money! Tee hee hee!

Outside, a dude with long ears, that means a bunny, was having a hard time with the rain. White fur, dressed as a samurai, two swords, you know, it was like a Usagi Yojimbo(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usagi_Yojimbo), if Usagi Yojimbo was a midget and loved to use explosives. He definitively wasn’t in the mood to singing in the rain, having no where else to go, He entered the Samurai Pizza Cat Pizza Emporium...

Speedy looked up from the register, and very thoughtfully looked at both the Water Gauge, and the menu over his head. He turned back to the rabbit, putting on his best salesman smile. "Yer in luck today, sir! For five bucks you can get a kiddy size Pizza with your choice of half a topping, and a complimentary sippy cup with your choice of water or ice water!"
