Edoropolis.org improvements

Ok I'm annoyed like the devil finding its lair frozen over after a long vacation on some hot island with some minions getting all the girls!

What can be done to improve the main site of edoropolis.org? Any suggestions? What would you like to see there, what would you want to never see again?

I promise to not banish you to some place or another for criticising the current layout, and after all, it's Vi's job anyway.

An Episode List! With highly detailed plot info, screenshots, and memorable quotes from each episode.
It could also use a fanart section.

Hmm, I can't think of any specific ideas for additions at the moment, but whatever changes get made, I would say keep the eBay tracker, that's a cool feature.

More updates to the news box would be nice and a SPC information page/faq wouldn't hurt.  Either that, or a link to Vi's site somewhere on the forum index.

(Now that I remember it, a chat system akin to the one mentioned in  http://www.edoropolis.org/forums/index.php?topic=249.msg15082#msg15082 would be nice too.)

Maybe you could take over what the very first SPC fan page did and have a list of the basic information about the show: Episode guide, theme song, character list, and links.

If I remember correctly, it was Patrick Atoon who created the first SPC page. It was also at Nijmegen University (Radboud University) where he hosted this site, as was edoropolis.org, but for different reasons. For comedy's sake or not, maybe I should contact him. I just missed him, for timeline's sake. So Nijmegen is the ultimate convergence of SPC knowledge and continuity, if fate's any factor to consider
Maybe there should be pelgrims' voyages to Nijmegen, Holland

1st: I'd be happy to host episode guides. However, I don't even have the SPC adventures on tape anymore. If someone'd be nice enough to hand me the episode guides, just contact me. You'll see from my past record that I'll credit people where credit is due. Just come with a complete list, so I can give credit without any problems.
The fanart request: how would you see it happen? youtube style? Something other than that? Just say the words, I'll gladly implement anything.

The front end needs a major overhaul: minimally, it needs a 2007 stuck on it.  (Listastic fun follows) The 'Create an account' page isn't working, the user list is out of date, Violet's user page doesn't link directly to her main page (current users section), the link to the forums is difficult to find, the SPC on EBay bar would work best if it showed a smaller amount of entries with a 'see more' link if it overflowed... *sharp intake of breath*

(I spent about a month (or more) after downloading the episodes from SPC labs doing nothing, because I figured the site hadn't been updated since.  Poor mee  )

Postnote: After all these website updates ie. yours and Vi's, I've begun to feel like a fandom freeloader.  I want to do something, but I've no idea what.

Well, I think the forum looks quite good already although I think probably a more detailed episode guide and a character guide with pictures and what have you would be ideal.

Don't put yourself down. Every submission of fan work is significant to our fandom, no matter how small.

yeah, even my fan-art/work is rubbish, but i still show it, cos i'm slowly writing a SPC fan-fict, but i may NEVER finish it!
