I remember seeing that on the oekaki/image board of that large Japanese Eto Rangers site. There was apparently an Eto Rangers comic, although I don't know much about it. One of the other pages of it that was posted there showed an early design for Princess Aura, which I have also seen on a set of model sheets that were auctioned a while ago.
