I would like to open a topic to discuss mysteries about KNT (only) episodes.

I will start: In the first KNT episode we can see Nyanki are launched from the cannon but it`s cylinder is not turning.
How is that possible?

I cheked some other episodes - no cylinder turning.

The answer is simple: the canon didn't have any Cialis that day.

Even simpler answer - lazy animators.  Yikes!

I'd have to double check this to make sure, but as far as I can remember: In episode 2 Karamaru addresses Yattarou by name. But in their previous (presumably first) encounter in episode 1, neither he nor either of the other 2 Nyanki revealed their names to him (although he does reveal his own name to them just before he leaves). Huh?

I think that animation wasn't added until later in the series and so many of the earlier episodes simply have the still shot while others have the barrel rotation. At least...that's what I think it is...someone double check my theory!

Yes. Maybe the animators were lazy. I now checked KNT episodes 50 and 52 - in them we have properly working barrel.
One episode must have been made with working barrel - I don`t think SPC animators were happy if they were told to make the barrel rotation.

But in their previous (presumably first) encounter in episode 1, neither he nor either of the other 2 Nyanki revealed their names to him
In the first episode, while in battle, I can only hear  Speedy Cerviche addresses Guido Anchovy by name.
In SPC he said something like "Hey, Guido, I am in the mood for fried chicken, what do you say?"
In KNT I can only understand "Sukashi".

After that Guido Anchovy uses his Nyanki Ninpo (umbrella to hypnotize the enemy)

A new mystery:

What I like in KNT is the background music which sets the mood for the scene that is happening or about to happen
1) KNT 7 "Maji!? Karamaru ga hiirou ni naru hi" when  Bad Bird is talking about his papa we can here this music:
http://www.zshare.net/audio/67061868fa28493e/

Why don`t the creators insert some more "battlish music"?
I see - this scene is not a demo of some extra hard martial art technique. But IMHO such scenes better to show with music like "The Rival (Karamaru VS Nyanki) [first track] (see this topc also).
Still, this fast shuriken throwing technique from Bad Bird`s papa do require special training.

if I'm not mistaken then that's not karamarus dad but karamaru himself, in spc they said it was his dad but I think in knt it was karamaru himself and I think the ost fits for that moment

Yeah, I don't understand a lick of japanese, but I have seen this one part and the little crows distinctly call him Karamaru. This leads me to believe that in KNT actuality, it's a daydream of him being a hero to karakara fledglings and something to look up to...or something along those lines. That's just the impression I get from the scene anyway...

Wow. I always wondered why Bad Bird's dad looked exactly like Bad Bird.

If we see the Bad Bird himself then the OST will fit for the scene. Its like the "dreaming music".

I have seen this one part and the little crows distinctly call him Karamaru.
He said Karamaru-San. Then I guess it is a Bad Bird in person.
And he may be dreaming about being a hero to fledglings - who doesn`t dreams about being a expert in some activity and proudly show it to a beginners

For the KNT Wikia article Neko Me Slash I need to find the answer on the Mystery in episode 44: Where we can see the real Youtou-Masamasa sword and where - fake. Here we go:

05:46 Speedy Cerviche`s magical sword was replaced by a ordinary one.
07:27 A real sword is shown to  Seymour Cheese
10:10  Bad Bird is testing the prototype of the Youtou-Masamasa sword using a real one and a copy
10:40 A real sword was replace by theft robot with a copy
13:29 Speedy Cerviche found a real Youtou-Masamasa sword
14:45 Secong Speedy Cerviche`s sword is replaced (with a copy?)
15:23 Bad Bird is trying to perform Neko Me Slash with 2 copies(?) of magical sword
16:20 In this scene I can only assume that Yattaro is using a real Youtou-Masamasa sword. That means the theft robot is using 2 copies of it.

If anyone can help me solve this mystery - I would be grateful.  Speedy Wink

Why do Jerry Attrick always says his name ( Gennarisai ) after Seymour Cheese explosions in the end of episode?

He doesn't say his name, but "Gennnari" (げんなり) instead. It means "out of spirits", "down" or "depressed". Thus Gennarisai's name is a pun. Moreover, "gen" and "sai" particles are largely employed in old Japanese male names.

Thanks for the explanation, Daisensei. I had heard that there was some sort of pun going on there but never found an explanation for it.

Thanks Daisensei. I thought he was using his name for a pun, but wasn't sure. I think I saw it translated as "fed up" before, but your version makes sense too. Either way, we can tell he's not too happy about getting blown up.

But still is some episodes I hear Gennarisai

I don't think it makes a difference, the pun he's making is still the same. Or, I don't know, maybe he's secretly a Pokémon. Speedy Wink

I guess so.
