I don't remember the exact words but she is saying something Like this:
Good afternoon everybody, sorry if we disturb you... We´re about to launch our special express delivery and since it may be dangerous we ask you to stay behind the white line... Are you ready? Go!!
I'm not sure about it but I tried to translate that dialogue from the game for my old fanfics a couple of years ago... I'm sure that's the general concept...

Thanks. But I also want to know, what she says in the KNT - not the full speech just the japanese version of "Go!!". I hear "Ikemas" (not sure about the writing).

ikimasu. ikimasu can mean: here I go, or here we go...or here it goes, from knt epi 1 which is translated it sais:
attention please. we'll be shooting out our famous Special Express delivery service. everyone please stay back behind the white line for your safety.
here we go!
