Yeah Darc I'm New Here, But SPC/KNT Isn't For Me. lol I Just Love This Series Too Much! My Whole Childhood Was Revolving Around It And So Was Many Others When I Was Discussing It On A Blog. Who Knew This Anime Was  So Popular? But Now Hidden And Forgotten. I'm Counting On Tsuneko To Bring All My ChildHood Back. lol

You are asking for the translators but do you have the KNT scripts? If yes then consider joining the KNT translation group.

Otopz, to start off, welcome to the forum. ^_^

What I believe everyone else is trying to say, is that the call for anyone whom has the linguistic ability has already been put out this forum.

That's not to say that someone else who has just joined may not be willing to aid you if they have the ability. It's just that the skill set you're looking for is specialized.
If no one speaks up here, you may be better off looking at other forums for translators. Again, it's nothing personal, it's just the lack of people with that ability whom may have time on their hands.

In any case, keep that determination you've got, and best of luck in what you're trying to do!

I don't know Japanese at the appropriate level.
Everyone who does is either Daisensei who is extremely busy or Tigriss & Project-Dream who abandoned the project after first 3 episodes.

Moving on. I found a person willing to do it. Actually kahnom found the person. The person wants to be paid per episode and as a normal person, "I ain't gotz the money"
I am also deciding how much to pay him and have came up with $2 per eps. Maybe that isn't enough, maybe that's too much, I don't know but I do care.
If anyone wants to see this anime happen, donate to me, but not now. I has no paypal until next week. mo' money mo' eps.

I don't think this is a good idea. Prior to Daisensei joining the subtitle project (and being an invaluable help) I was paying someone to translate episodes. They did a halfway decent job, but it was expensive and slow going. I doubt you'll be able to get them to agree to $2 per episode. I paid $50. I also don't think it's a good idea to ask people for donations.

I know the KNT subtitle project has kind of died, and that's partly my fault. I'd like to see this picked up again, but I'm not the one who does the hard work, I mostly edit and organize things. There are a few obstacles holding this project back right now. For starters, I think we need a new subtitler. Our usual guy was good at what he did, but I haven't been in contact with him for a long time and he still hasn't answered some of my e-mails. Another issue is that I think Daisensei is busy lately (correct me if I'm wrong, Dai), and while he's very good at what he does, he does it all for free and he has a family and a life to worry about.

If you would like to contribute or have suggestions, I'm all for it, but I don't think asking for donations and going the pay-per-ep. route is the way to do it.

The only other suggestion I have to offer is this...

You may have to go elsewhere to find the help you're looking for. For the most part we're tapped out. I'm sorry, however that's the way it is at this point in time.

Do you mean translators or people that can put subs in the videos?

Yes, $2 per eps was a funny joke wasn't it?! hehe.....
I'm going to try to look for people who will translate for me for free. I know fansubs has been going down since a bunch of things has happened, but I will try anyway.
