Well dude, first thing you'd need is to make sure that the seller ships internationally. If they don't you need someone who'll get it in Japan then ship it to you.
Next, you need to make sure the seller accepts other forms of currency.
Finally, and the most important of all, you need to speak the language. Google Translate probably won't help you here.
