Several news sources are currently claiming the death of Osama Bin Ladden, Who is perhaps the most wanted person in the world after Waldo and Carmen San Diego. Obama is supposed to address the nation sometime soon, so...Fingers crossed.

Obama just confirmed. Osama is dead. Long firefight, Blah blah blah, and he got DOME-PIECE (Slang for shot to the head), not murked (killed) by a drone strike like some sources said. Not a bad way to start the month.

The Hajis don't care, really. The Taliban are a competely different breed from Al-Qaeda. Different motives, different motivation, different leadership and ideologies. One cell of insurgents in one area is different from another cell a few hundred, even a few dozen, miles away. This changes nothing in the way this conflict is gonna be fought in the following years.
