Holy crap! How long as it been since I last posted?

Anyway, now with the forums not shutting down randomly, I can update you all on what I've found, voice-wise.

First off, I got in touch with Michael Rudder on Facebook and he was able to identify a few voices that Terrence was unable to do so. First off, he said that he did the grunts and the one lone spoken line for the Potted Pig. Second, he ID'ed Mojo Rojo as being voiced by the late Gary Jewell, who was also the English voice for Bob in "Bob in the Bottle". Also, the topic actually made it a forum page on Anime News Network, where AVHodgson said that I was correct in my matches, but was off by one. That was Beaky Bickerson. According to him, Beaky was voiced by Gordon Masten, who has done work for both Montreal and Toronto. And judging by his portrayal of Morton Koopa, Jr., I wouldn't be surprised if he voiced a few of the Ninja Crows alongside Arthur [Holden] and Mark [Hellman].

Here's the original forum link:

I also gained some back and forth access to Aron Tager via two agents of his. They confirmed that the late actor did voice work on the show; and they confirmed that he voiced Charlie Bird (from "Singing Samurai Sensei-tion") and Santa Claus (from "The Cheese That Stole Christmas").

Sadly, I still haven't found from Harry Standjofski on who he voiced on the show. But he did tell me that he did voice work for it.

I've also brought some investigation on who voiced who on the "Behind the Voice Actors" forums and see what they think. It's still a process, and I'm getting help from others (including AVHodgson) in fixing this.

He still believes that Bronwen Mantel voiced Carla, but when I showed Rudder the clip, he said he couldn't recognize the voice. I'll send over the post from BTVA as well:

User WhyofBladez also provides a list of those who might've been around for that short-lived amount of time in voice; hence both Terrence and Michael recall that whoever voiced Carla didn't last long in the voice-over world. At first, I thought it was Jessalyn Gilsig, but it turned out to be false. Hopefully, I'll try to find out more info with AV's help.

And once more to Tigress, but I still like to say "You're welcome". I'm doing the best I can.

Glad to post normally once again.

Sorry for not posting in a few weeks, but I come with great news!

After several years of research, I've found that the voice of Carla was done by Eramelinda Boquer. Boquer, a veteran voice actress and radio broadcaster in Montreal, has been known for voicing Rubella in "Arthur" for many years. I contacted her about this via e-mail, and she said that hearing the clip of her as Carla has brought back memories for her. Here's the proof of how she sounds via her Voice 123 account:

Looks like this case is pretty much closed! Carla's not voiced by Bronwen Mantel like I've originally thought; Eramelinda was the voice that was elusive to the ears of Terrence Scammell.

EDIT: OH, and speaking of Bronwen; she was the one that voiced Lucinda in "A Mission to Manhattan". She remembered her voice as attempting a bad Marilyn Monroe impression for Lucinda. Can't believe that slipped my mind!

Thanks, blind2d! Here's hoping I'll find out the rest and see what other Canucks were involved.
