I TOLD YOU: "VIDEO GAME THINGIE"!!
It was probably drawn without reference, so the exact model isn't important. But I see I need to keep you experts busy, so it's time for a new Mystery Object.
OH MY GOD! In 1991, I dropped a crouton on the floor that looked just like that. But I could never find it on the ground. Now I know where it went! So I'm going to say it's my crouton!

Afraid I have no clue as to what the current object is, but I would like to see this game start up again. It seems fun. I might be able to contribute material too, seeing as I have lots of (read: WAAAAAY too many) screenshots.
Rgearding the discussion of video game consoles of the era, in one episode (I forget which), you can see what's clearly a Famicom controller (or at least something based on one).

Whatever it is, it's spherical. It looks like a pauldron off of one of crows/monsters, or a part of a hairdoo.
Hints?

No, it's not the missing crouton.
Yes, I guess a hint is overdue. This is something you'll usually find in the palace.

Looks like a propeller at first glance. But after careful inspection, I see that it's a ninja crow. And he's getting hit by one of Omitsu's missiles. It's from the back covers of that KNT Anniversary Memorial doujinshi set.
Correct!

Aw, I should've checked the topic earlier. But good eye, Mechadon. Fred's hair-light was a tough one!

I think that it's the shoe of that one robot from Princess Vi's Hippy-Dippy Mom.

It's Big Cheese's shoe from a scene early in "Gone with the Ginzu".

These have been tough so far, but I know this one! It's the spool of thread from when Francine was knitting in "Pizza Cat Performance Review".
