This has made me so happy, I will update my old site (Is been two years! Wow!) Now since I switched machines 3 times since the last update, I lost my backup of the site. So I prefer to make a new design, (as long as is just html stuff). Thanks a lot to Purrcat for recovering my old site, it really needs improvement. I had lost interest due to wikipedia having a "Gatos Samurai" article, but as information in wikipedia can be edited to anyone, plus the fact we will be finally getting an OFFICIAL DVD release, makes me want to improve my site. Sorry for the "tarzan English", maybe I need some sleep right now.

Looks like the release has been pushed back a bit, a recent Facebook comment says they're hoping to receive the masters soon and that it will be released early next year. I can't find a way to link directly to the comment (I can't make heads or tails of that darn site...)

Somehow I seem to be confident, despite being a horrible skeptic, that Discotek Media will pull this off, if not this year, then eventually. Varied as their release library is, they seem to have released a number of anime classics, proving they are able to do this kind of thing.
Whatever SPC related they will have, I'll buy on release date. The series has been underappreciated long enough and when the time comes that we'll be able to appreciate it in the way it counts most - the monetary way - , I'll be there.

According to Discotek's Facebook page (LINK), they are working on the subtitled sets now and those will be released before the dubbed ones. This due to a delay in receiving the dubbed masters from Japan.

Latest word from Discotek says to expect the SPC and KNT DVDs around summer of 2013.

There's been positive movement on the dub masters. We hope to have them by January. As soon as we get them and verify that everything is in order we will set the date. The Japanese language set might come out first.

More updates from Discotek. The Teyandee DVD release will probably happen in April. Their translation of the title will be "Legendary Ninja Cats". It will be a single, full-series set. The Samurai Pizza Cats dub will also be a single full-series set, to be released at an indeterminate date next year.

Glad to know things are coming along and we're getting more info on release dates.

It will be interesting to compare the differences in video quality when the sets come out, because the Japanese version was remastered while the English version was not.

Release Date for LNC is in April? Maybe in May or June, or September, we'll see SPC. A wise dog (Big Al Dente) once said the following:
