Most of the people that I know HATE Bobobo-bo bo-bobo, but I think its pretty funny.
I thought that the narrator acted kinda like the one in SPC.

Alright. Top 5 non-SPC cartoons of all time.
5: X-Men (the one from the early 90s of course)
4: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the one from the 80s)
3: Transformers (the 80s version)
2: David the Gnome (because it isn't often that you get an educational show where the main character dies at the end of the series; and it was done so well that it ranks as one of the greatest cartoon moments to me)
1: SatAM, as in the Saturday Morning Sonic cartoon (do you have to ask why?)
