Anybody that was at Anime Central likely saw this...but in case you weren't...

Boo-yeah!  XD  I hope to continue working on this, actually.  It still does have a lot of room for improvement.  Last year at Acen, actually, someone dressed as Polly!  I actually was hoping to see her again this year, but...ehh....  Anyhow, that's it!  Speedy Wink

LOL! Grin Oh my god. That's awesome. That's a very nice costume. Maybe I should go to one of these conventions. I've never been to a convention of anykind. The matter of fact, I've never been to any at all. Maybe I should someday.

Yes, a lot of room for improvement, but I have to still give you a lot of credit because SPC characters are increadibly hard to do as cosplay!  Their whole body shape just doesn't translate to human proportions.  I do have an idea to help on one aspect though:  Find an old white motorcycle helmet to transform into Speedy's helmet. I think they are made from fiberglass or plastic, so you could saw it into the right shape, then add on ears and a visor.

You know, a midget might look awesome in SPC gear! Their body proportions would fit it more naturally, right?

Seriously though, might it fit better on someone short? They'd at least have a shape somewhat closer to a pizza cat.

you know what? I think Neo would look better in a Guido costume than a speedy one, because Guido has a longer face than Speedy. A shorter guy would look better in a speedy costume.

It is a good start~!
You still need a nip here, an a tuck there....

The only way this would freak me out is if you did a cos-play as Polly Ester.  O_o

Anyway... Some females cos-play as Catgirls... So I see no problem with some guys cos-playing as Catguys.
(Even though I don't go for guys... ^^; )
