This really is a nice piece of artwork! Very crisp and clean, and a good pose. Proportions are pretty good, and the design's accurate down to the details. The lighting is nice, and seems to be consistent. I particularly like the shine on her flute, very cool.
And I know from experience that good art can be time-consuming, but don't worry too much. If you get bored or stressed-out with a particular work, just take a break from it. Try something else in the meantime, and maybe you'll feel like working on the old project again later. (Though I shouldn't be one to say that... I have a bad habit of wanting to always start over from scratch rather than picking up from where I left off... ><)
