I've always thought that Speedy was older than Guido and Guido older than Polly. But, that's my opinion.

Bleh! That post of mine is way old. I have new (better) bdays for everybody now. Seems like a common thing in anime, to know the characters bdays. Wish we could've known this about the Cats (among many other things!).

Guido Anchovy is definitely born in August, that guy is a Leo! But that's just my humble POV.

Well one sure fire way to find out the characters ages I guess would be to ask Tenko himself on his blog, he is the guy who designed the Pizza Cats and worked on the show.
So asking him for what he thinks their ages could be; would be as close to canon/official as you can get. :3

i always asked myself how old jerry is...i mean; he didnt changed a bit within those 15 years....i dont know but the point where age stops to change your look that much seems to be around 75 or even older... that means he has to be at least 85 in the most episodes.
i also asked myself how long emperor fred is mental sick. i mean it must be at least 15 years as well

oh and my opinion about pollys age;in "samurai savings time" polly talks about something she did to her brother when she was six...of course it doesnt have to mean anything but 15+6 doesnt even sound that wrong. though we cant say it that precise anyways right....?

The age of all the characters? That's quiet interesting ^^

I think  Guido Anchovy Polly Esther and  Speedy Cerviche have the same age eround 20s, maybe Guido is more oldest for few months
Francine is a little younger, maybe 18 or 19
 Lucille As the SPC, around 20s
 Princess Violet I always thought she was a child, around 10, in the english version she said she's 18 but in the japanese does she mentioned it?
 Seymour Cheese is 30
 Bad Bird 25-26s
 Jerry Attrick I think he is 60 or something around it...

I think they mentioned earlier in this thread that she was around 15 in the Japanese version. It would make sense with how she acts.. she could very well be younger though.

Oh well, if she is fifteen is a way better...18 is too much for how she acts! anyway I think she's a good character
