The KNT/SPC series have Japanese and English versions. I live in Brazil, where people speaks Portuguese. My questions are:  Guido Confused
1. Does anyone know if the series was aired in Brazil? Are there any Portuguese version of episodes?
2. In what countries was the series showed? Were they translated to languages others than Japanese and English?
Thanks in advance.  Speedy Wink

Aside from English and Japanese, I've also heard opening songs for the show in:

Italian
French
Hebrew  <--- Best intro song
German
Spanish

I've heard of there being a Hungarian one, but I haven't heard its intro yet.
Portugese, I'm unsure of. I'll ask another Brazilian SPC fan that I know.

There many be a few more languages that KNT was dubbed into, but I'm unsure of them.

Yes, it was shown in Brazil.  I don't know very much about this, but a few years ago, I did get some e-mail from a SPC fan in Brazil who said he saw it on TV there.

Finally I learned how to browse in Japanese!  Cool After googling in Japanese, I find the following site http://www2.neweb.ne.jp/wd/anime/spc/piza-w001.html (it is in Japanese), where it is said that SPC was aired in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Israel, England, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and more countries. There are mention to Violet too (Dyohoo wo oshiete kureta Violet-san ... ni kansha ti shimasu.).

EDIT: a spelling error. Sorry!   Sad

That's right! SPC has also aired in the Netherlands. (Last time was 5 years ago. Cry) It has never been dubbed in Dutch and I'm glad for that! Speedy Wink

I provided a lot of the information about SPC to that page.  There's also an interview with me on there.

Thank you very much, D-Mac, for attaching the MP3 file. In my opinion the Hebrew version is the best, it's very  Cool. The Japanese one is not bad too, but I dislike the English intro.

I found who made one of the male cats voice  (he's not sure if was Speedy or Guido) in the Portuguese dubbing. He's Marco Ribeiro, you can lern more at this link (it's in Portuguese though).

i'm currently scouring europe for other language verisons of the show.

It seems i am going to be dubbing this show in many languages. or i'm just going to make .ogm files with like 7 language tracks and let the fans choose their own language. so far i have found 1 VHS tape of the spanish SPC, and am getting 2 VHS tapes from portugal of (hopefully) portugese SPC. it may also be spanish. so don't get your hopes up yet. If it comes to it i'll sub my eps in different languages for you all.
