I'm wondering, in the photo that has all of the parts laid out, what is that blue piece above the umbrella and scabbard? I can make out what all the rest are, but all 3 of the main cats' figures have this extra piece that I can't identify.
Speaking of the European packagaing, I saw a comparison photo recently that shows the European boxes are actually a bit larger than the Japanese ones. Since the Japanese figures come as disassembled kits, I suppose they can fit into a smaller space compared to the preassembled European figures.
