been a while, hasn't it? ^^;

anyway, guys, i think we have another...*thinks*...59 days (as of October 6) to go. in the meantime, i'm just staying up to see the next update at the official Web site.

i think the site updates at, like, 2:00 AM (Central Standard Time), every Monday-Friday. most of the time, you'll see, like, gameplay modes, Assist Trophies, and such. but, i'm really hoping to see more brand-new characters!

so far, there's -- actually, why don't i just give you the link and not spoil the surprise (unless any of you have been there and are posting about the newcomers already ^^; ).

Damnit, it's not coming out here until the 30th of June! 

It was interesting to read about the stuff confirmed from Japan. Although I'm dissapointed that they didn't put Krystal from the Star Fox series in (along with some other characters). The line up could have done with a few more females too.

Game companies have no time spitting out a sports game on time, but when it comes to the goodies, we have to wait ages.

I personally find it insulting that this game is being delayed for so long to my region. Nintendo aren't even giving us a reason to explain it.

It isn't transferring NTSC to PAL format, or translation issues - Halo 2 and 3 are two exampes that games can be released worldwide on the same date. And it can't possibly be that they're waiting to see how it sells overseas, because this is easily one of the most anticipated games for most Wii owners across the world. It's made me lose quite a bit of confidence in them.

Oh well, at least I can hope it's released earlier. Or a game comes out that catches my attention before then.

Any idea how many characters there are supposed to be?  I mean, there were like 16 or 20 in the original, and like, what, 28 in the second?

Can't wait for this game, I've seen all the spoilers and even after that, the game looks even more appetizing!
Its a shame that it was delayed for North America without a particular reason... 

A lot of great games for Wii might not even make it to this continent, besides this and a few others, what is happening to Nintendo's great lineup?
