the only reason i can think of with Lucario, cos he's a slient Pokémon (i watched his movie) so, people like silent types & he reminds me of Crash Bandicoot & Sonic The Hedgehog, Crash's silents & Sonic's running
Listen can also be spelt Slient just notic3d that

how naive, just cos yours a SPC, doesnt mean it beats all, heck i even had a SPC picture on my desktop, but line-up, from Jerry to Lucille then i had the SPC in there super battle armour |
