Congress has done it again.  I received The letter this morning.

What did it say?
I get shipped back to Iraq in May the 3rd. It is only a six month tour, but I was told that the last nine month of my service time would be spend on recruiting. It's not such a big deal, but I just wish they could keep their word. Like if I didn't get enough the first three years there.

I know that I still got about 20 days until I leave, but I just wanted to let you guys know. Also, even though my letter said a six month deployment, it could be longer if I renew my contract. If that is the case, please don't delete my account. If I 'm gone for more than 2 years without word from me...well, It might just mean I'm six feet under. In such case, do away with my account.

But is there a silver lining? Sure! I have every SPC episodes, Plus some Gatos Samurai and KNT, in my HD, so I at least will have my favorite show with me. Also, I might have motivation to get some witting done, and to finish uploading those last few SPC episodes.

I'll keep you updated as more information comes up. Thanks for understanding.

Army stupid? No. Army a bunch of brain dead morons? Yes.

IEDs?  We are trained to spot and keep away from anything that seems out of place. A bunch of rock, a broken down car, a dead body!

As for the Bombers, I have never been in that situation, so I guess I will have to be very lucky.

Right, This is it. My instructions were clear. I leave early in the morning tomorrow. I knew what I was getting myself into when I signed up, so I really have no regrets.

It was quite a pleasure meeting you all, and it's a shame was was unable to chat with some of you. Hopefully I see you guys soon again.
