 I had a few of these thumbnails gathering in my sketchbook, and a new one from today, so I thought I'd drop 'em in here for you guys.

These were drawn in ink, so if they aren't perfect.. oh well. I like 'em anyway.

Any Animal Crossing players?  The new game allows you to make outfits and then will make a QR code that other 3DS systems can scan and allow others to wear your designs!  It's not perfectly suited for Pizza Cats- it's shirts, dresses, and hats only and honestly the hats are kind of terrible.  Armor sets don't work well since no pants aside from what you can buy in game.  I did make this though.



There's a lot of stuff to work around!  Since it's just a dress shape, I had to guess as to what to do with the bows on her kimono.  Also, the way the Pizza Cats characters are designed they're very segmented, which makes the outfit look cel shaded in a game of not cel shading, so I'm trying to compensate for that.  This is about the third time I've called the design done, who knows how long that'll last.  This is the second design I've completed.  If you have Animal Crossing, give the Able Sisters a try and if you don't have Animal Crossing but have a 3DS BUY ANIMAL CROSSING.

I must say I'm impressed. I haven't played Animal Crossing since the original game for the Game Cube, and I only recently found the memory card with my poor little town on it, gathering dust and weeds. I've attempted to make a few outfits before, but nothing this detailed or creative. Nice work!

I'm very much enjoying the latest edition of "Legendary Art Collabs: Teyandee!" here. Fantastic job, you two. For a pixel drawing, it's highly detailed, even the background. The characters are dynamic. And the fireworks, plus the lighting from those fireworks, is just the icing on the cake. I love it.

Thanks!  I bought a 3DS just for Animal Crossing.  If you liked the first game at all and have a 3DS you should get it and if you don't have a 3DS it's worth buying the system just for that game.  I really love Animal Crossing though, especially the new one.  I never made outfits in the old games but it's a lot more fun now that you can share them with QR codes.
