Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney

Last Saturday, I finally bought the first DS game in this series, and have been almost unable to put it down (we all have to eat right?).
Split into five episodes, the plots and dialogue are quite clever. What's also amusing is all the puns characters have for names (Dick Gumshoe, Jack Hammer, April May, Redd White (president of Bluecorp) )

This series is indeed totally awesome. I have all four games and they all tie in with each other.

It's also brilliantly written too.

Good games, but I felt Justice for All was the weakest.

Trials and Tribulations was amazing however.

Havn't played Apollo Justice.

Just got Justice for All today. Franziska von Karma seems to really like the word 'fool'  Though she does have a cute 'Objection' sound bite.
Dick Gumshoe is still a hillarious character. 

BTW In the second case in the game, I have just seen the absolute greatest line of text I've ever-

Phoenix says 'Well, excuuuse me, Princess.' I don't know weather this reference to the old Zelda cartoon was intended or not, but I laughed my head off when I saw it

I hate how Karma whips the judge and he doesn't do anything.  Assault and battery anyone?

Hmm...lets get that list out-

• Hits an authority figure and gets away with it.
• Has some relationship with 'The Rival' (Edgeworth)
• Given a highly qualified job at a young age (13 to be exact)
• Daughter of a villain from the previous game

Yup. Prime Mary-Sue material.

Because Valkyrie thinks that if you defend the honour of a computer sprite, she'll somehow come to life and have sex with you. 
Either that or he's just another cry baby who thinks everyone has to worship his favourite character.

Edgeworth rocks...I want to cosplay him.  I imagined his voice in a condescending British accent, but his "objection" doesn't sound like it. 

Well his 'Take that!' in the third game does sound a bit like it has a British twang to it. And I agree that he rocks. He's actually going to be the main character in a Spin off Title (with Gumshoe as his 'Maya')    http://www.capcom.co.jp/gyakutenkenji/
And Edgy does get some good lines in the series. Like in case 5 of the first game, if you present the wrong piece of Ema Skye's drawing.
