i guess we´re to northern for more then a few snakes sjonnoh even thought we have a few too.
but i got a small anthill in my garden too....my mom wanted to destroy it with our...uhhh (darn you english word i never need)...lawn...mower(?) but i didnt do it.

Where I live, there are too many ants and about 50 different species of snakes (but I don't see them since I live in the city). You can find ants pretty much everywhere though. Back on topic, I've been giving it more thought and another thing I'm rather afraid of is the future... as anti climatic as that may seem.

just searched for it and it seems like The Netherlands has 3 native species, the smooth snake (which is very rare here), common European viper (which is rare in the Netherlands) and the Grass snake, which is a bit common. All these snakes have never been seen a bit near where I live  Cry

oh and I know a much better way to get rid of ants! you should....bury them in the ground!


and about the future....I just don't want to know it what going to happen at....2012

What? Lawn mower? It's the object in the picture that vonhorz posted a couple posts up. If you're talking about Speedy talking about Polly's voice, then he said that her voice sounded like a lawn mower (as in, it was loud and obnoxious).

Yes, that's right. Speedy actually makes 2 analogies. The second one was the parrot in the lawn mower comment. The first one was her voice sounding like 'Kitty Litter in a trash compacter' which is a none too subtle way of saying 'crap'... Angry Polly by Felineki

I have this phobia since I was young. I watched accidentally a movie (The night of the living dead) with my older sister and I was very very scared, I couldn't sleep well at night. Then, when I become older my phobia wasn't like first, but already now for me wacth movies with zombies is difficult, they alway scary me >_<
