I'm glad to see that work on this is still progressing; I was worried that we wouldn't get to see any more.

Some thoughts:

You may want to speed up Polly and Guido's assist moves. MUGEN tends to be very fast-paced and combo-heavy (despite how horribly imbalanced it is in general), and as it stands, their attacks seem a little sluggish.

You've given your reasons for preferring the English localization, but I think that throwing in a few KNT lines might help to add some atmosphere; hearing Speedy bust out with "HISSATSU! NEKO ME SURASSHU!" during his super would definitely give me chills.

So a lil snag in the progress.

I just can't think of what to do for his Hyper Special (The big one that uses the max bar).
I've done one with Speedy, one with the Surpreme Catatonic, one with Polly and one with Bad Bird...

Any thoughts?

i've said it before and ill say it again... Looks great, sounds great and i cant wait for it.
bad bird was a welcome suprise and so was the catatonic  but in the beginning i thought it would stomp on the opponent or something
badbirds armour was realy bright though, but i might be the only one who thinks that 
Anyway, keep going! i can see theyre gonna be awesome!

Again, awesome work so far.  Excellent use of Polly for a special move.

For the hyper special, I'd suggest doing that tri-attack the Cats use in "Bad Bird Uncaged". Although that's mainly because I'd like to see a bit more Guido...

I really like all the new stuff, especially when speedy cries 
btw just a tip, I noticed you had trouble with getting the enemy out of those corners so you should make a move that speedy hits the enemy from the left to the right, and vice. Just like in king of fighters, when you are near the opponent, you can press the button "o" and the enemy is on the other side.

for the hyper special you maybe could use the supreme cat-a-tonic doing that cat eye slash that turnes into a jaguar or somethin like in the last episode.

A command roll ability... that might be a good idea, but I'm not sure if it'd break flow of the other skills. Well, it's worth a try!

Bad Bird Looks so bright because I was trying to use the color pallette in a minimal way, but I think this is one spot I shouldn't be lazy. He's got a fanbase that shouldn't be underestimated.

And for that comment on the hyper from "Bad Bird Uncaged" episode, that was a pretty sweet idea! It's given me a sweet idea for a hyper after watching that episode! I know you'll love it!

PS: and yes, that Polly Super is hilarious

Looking really great good to see it back on track, though for the limited color palette is that by choice or is it Fighter Factory that only allows for a small color pallete?

Cause honestly we live in an age now where no one has Pentium 1's or 12 bit graphics anymore so really color pallet's should be unlimited.

well, its kind of complicated... there are a lot of "How to" videos on youtube about how to start up M.U.G.E.N
when I first started with mugen, i couldnt grasp anything.
