Keep in mind, devil dog, that in 2007, he was barely 6 years old.

The 3DS is gonna be awesome. Don't know why you would be pissed, other than the price, though

Only one of his eyes works, so he won't get to enjoy the 3D effect.
I'm so hungover I'll believe that...

Yea, it's just the price that makes me mad.
Sersiolsy? $250? Why not just $180?
Makes more sense.
Both of my eyes work, Harmon.

While I agree that it is pricey, what new game system wasn't when first released? I remember being pissed as hell when I shelled out $400 for a 360, but I didn't care, it was worth it.

Now, if you are just pissed that you don't have the money to get it on release day, then save your cash and wait.

And my drunken state ended 4 hours ago!

Yea, your right. I thought somebody said that the ps3 was $800 bucks when it was first releashed Yikes!
I am not mad that i will not have enough money to get it on releash day, i am going to keep my DS till i have no more games to play on it,
By then it will at most be cheap.

I actually sold my PS3 and used it to buy a region free Blu-ray player, Purrcat.  Taking away Linux support after giving it to us (and selling Yellow Dog, an official distro no less!) the PSN hacking, and the data they are collecting has turned me off to Sony.  If you have a solid tower, Steam is working really great on Linux now (and obviously for Windows) and I rely on that for gaming these days.  The Final Fantasy games were my favorite series, but I can't say that I've truly liked one enough to replay it since FF VIII.  I plan on buying a WiiU eventually, but I just wish there were a console that could hold its own against Sony and Microsoft in terms of technology (Sega, where are you? Embarrassed)

Much that once was, is lost.

The Age of Consoles is behind us. The Two Powers that have emerged victorious so many years ago have grown stale, and while not weak, fail to inspire awe in their peoples, who grow increasingly desperate. The Fanbois have lost their rage.

The Line of Consoles has failed.

Ok, had fun with that Speedy Wink Not really a gamer myself, and as such I never owned a console before the PlayStation. I like the FFs that have been released on the PS1, but everything on the PS2 and now PS3 have been letdowns. Grandia II on the PS2 was OK though. I don't think I'll be buying a PS4 unless I know for sure I'm going to like FF15, if that ever gets released
I agree that the current market, with its two pillars of high performance consoles and a lesser one "for the common folk" so to speak Speedy Wink , is not working at all.

The age of console gaming, as already said, is ending. Now, PC's have became almos on-pair with consoles in terms of graphic processing. So, the power of consoles rest only in it's exlcusives. I, myself, have bought my PSP just to play Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, and I don't intend to buy any console anytime soon. Even the next Metal Gear Solid will be released to PC now, why should I buy ANOTHER eletronic, if I can play almost anything that I'd like to in my PC?
