Maybe it would be good for saving you a trip to the doctor's. Either that, or someone might actually make a Death Clock on the Wii, that tells you how much time you have to live. I'm actually interested in Super Mario Galaxy 2, and New Super Mario Bros. Wii, as well as Metroid: Other M.

I went nuts when they announced Golden Sun DS. It's probably the only thing I really paid attention to...  Grin

Hated it. Nintendo looks weak to me now. There was a time when I wanted a Wii, but now...

They're like: We went to CERN and their Large Hadron Collider, invented the God particle and discovered the 4th dimension of gaming: Multiplayer. (exaggerating)

Give me a break.

Besides, you'll be obsolete soon. Natal will own your ass.

They have a new kick-ass looking Metroid game, The Conduit, and that's all.

OMG how did i forget about that? That was friggin' AWESOME!
I was really hoping for a new zelda or F-Zero for the Wii though Sad
also WTF IS UP WITH ALL THE EFFIN' TWEEN GAMES?
Cammie: "You can also shop in your friends fasion stores!"
Random guy in audience: "WOHOOO!"

Anyway, heres my view on how the console wars are going.
Nintendo Wii: Started off strong, but as begun to forget about the hardcore gamers. therefore good new games are few.
Xbox360: Started strong, has lain low for a while but will do a great comeback with Natal.
PS3: Started off weak, but has since then grown stronger with more Good exclusives.

Shouldn't this thread be moved over to the Gaming Discussion?

(One Thread-Moving Later...)

And we thank you.

There is a Zelda for the Wii coming but since it was still in development it didn't show at E3. Miyamoto announced this shortly after E3.

I was diappointed. I mean, didn't they announce like, 5 Mario games?!

Should've been 6. Or 10. ...Maybe even 50! Who needs entirely new concepts when you have FRANCHISEZ!

Golden Sun and Metroid got me excited. The rest? Yeah, not in the least. DS remains the only gaming platform I really care much for.

I'd like to know - where the heck is Starfox? It's their only big franchise that has yet to get a Wii game.

@ D-Mac: 4 to be exact.

@ Helios:  I read about the producer of the Star Fox series disliking the way how Miyamoto has been handling the series recently. He says that's not to say there will never be one but he probably won't be involved with it. He did also say he didn't like the Wii and called it a toy.

I have read that - what an idiot. Miyamoto was also a producer in the first four games. Plus, he and Takaya Imamura created the series, it's their choice to take it where they wish.

I agree with Miyamoto, the Wii-mote could make an awesome controller for a flight-based game.

Damn FPSs clogging the market these days Angry
anyhoo, The wii could use some more first-person-slashers. That would be awesome, especially with the the motion plus coming  Grin
seriously looking forward to red steel two.

Relax. You forget about WarioWare: DIY! In that game, you can make your own Microgames. And I've seen some that were done REALLY Good, like the Gradius Microgame, INPUT THE KONAMI CODE!
